I refuse to be a victim

I watched the video from the deceased sister who happened to be my married neighbour.She is the suspect.How can u have the guts to tell your children their father wont come back again if you dont have a plan to execute.Guys,if you see all the videos not leaked eh,you will cry for what this man has been going through.I just wish justice will be served for my neigbour.Her eyes are so swolen that i feel her pains.Now their innocent children will be without parents.Silly act.

that action from the landlord is a no no. first of all, you are a yearly tenant and you are entitled to a six months notice S.13(1)(e)Tenancy Law,Lagos 2011.
again,there is something called exclusive possession in law. S.6(a-d)Tenancy Law,Lagos 2011.
whether or not you are absent fro. the house for one or two reasons ,the landlord has no right at all to break into your apartment in any way. so he has breached one of the covenants and duties of a landlord. just sue him for damages,house breaking which is a criminal act and unlawful possession. nobody cares if its his own house because he has violated the law and agreement.

Firstly,
1. The bank S is higher than ur current S
2. The bank will hasten ur plans of traveling out of the country
3. The bank would give u more experience compare to ur current place of work
But,
1. Which is more sustainable?, considering the way bank re trench staff at the slightest downturn
2. Do u know the opportunity ur current place will bring when u get promoted in 6months time to the accnt dpment in comparison with where u wnt to go
3. Will the salary u get after d 6months promotion equate or beat the 80k?
Be patient my dear, ponder over this advice of mine and ASK BABA GOD, because *mAN propose GOD dispose*.................. #OnlyGodKnowsAll

I thought this was a cooked up story.That's the problem all the guys staying outside faces.Have had an encounter where one divorced the so called oversea husband after the wedding.You dont marry because of all this flimsy stuffs.Get a degree,get a job,save up some money,and travel out if thats your only wish in life ladies.Desperation like this will utterly put you on the wrong track.

Another country that is about to become great is Philippines, the newly elected President Duterte is determined to root out corruption and drug trafficking from his country, and guess what He is starting with his own cabinet....he has warned all his cabinet members that are corrupt or have any corruption allegation to resign and be ready to face corruption trial!

Recently, Philippines president pushed out a top member of his cabinet from a chopper just because he embezzled public fund meant for developing Philippines, and he has vowed to kill all corrupt politicians in Philippines even if they are his own blood relations, that's what's called FIGHT AGAINST CORRUPTION!

I don't know when Nigeria will be blessed with leaders like this

I must say i am a lucky and hard working girl.I finished my Bsc dec 2014,took my cert 2015.I got a job after an interview with an electricity distribution company in 2016 with the help of my aunt who happens to have the power as the HR.Am not upto 6months in the company.Which is the due time for our comfirmation.Now,i have another job offer from a commercial bank in Nigeria to be paid up to 80k.Now am confused cos i have alot of plans i need money to execute.Working in a financial institution will hasten my plans of travelling out of the country with work permit as an accountant.It will also get me more experience. Leaving this current job that pays lesser,my aunt's dissappointment,and the pressure employees of commercial banks faces recently is worrying.Although my aunt promised me a better position with accounting dept after 6months.I need constuctive advice.I dont want to make mistake thinking am wise.

I will be very HONEST to you, Break ups are ONLY pleasant when you are still young, naive and with less pressure.

Believe me, for both Men and Women Break-Ups are no longer funny or something to just conclude from age 28years and above.

Sitting here under my chilling A/C while scrolling between tv stations with my take away Fries, Chicken and chilled Bottle of Pepsi and guess what? (for no particular reason) the thoughts of my exes popped up. I started to think of what i could have done to have made some of those relationships work.


I allowed some of the most loving people who loved me to the end of the world and back slip away. Maybe some because of youthful exhuberance, ego and fear of uncertainty. But in all, i have realized i made very terrible mistakes. Unfortunately, even if i have the opportunity to turn back this hands of time as R.Kelly sang, only this time i will be with either a divorcee, widow, or women with child or children. They are No longer the same.


My advice to the youths even though i know they won't listen: Look for True love while you are still young and struggling because the older and richer you get all that will come your way are opportunist and marriages of convinience or benefits.

Don't worry, if you don't understand what i wrote above, you will in some years from now.
