the tamil tigers were'nt extinguished violently, they were negociated with and they siezed hostility. The british government negociated with the iRA which led to the "good friday agreement" and today the leader of the IRA is the deputy first minister of northern ireland. If you understand terrorism you know how hard it is to stop it.

The funny thing is APC was'nt even on the ballot, this would have been a good litmus test for their 2015 prospects. Rather they're all all over the place. The people of nigeria know the PDP and has done so through out our modern democratic dispensation. Say what you want about their performance but what is the competing vision? those debt were racked up by corrupt administrations and there is a reason why bayelsa with all it's debt could still acquire more because they are on a phenominal economic trijectory to repay their debt and if the correct administration start funding that debt, it will vanish in no time. So in hindsight your state is too impoverished to fund debt, that is why it is impossible to acquire it. Your economic trijectory is pathetic. So your state does'nt have debt because it does'n want it, it's cause it can't get it!! Plonker!!

there's nothing wrong with debt if it canthe money borrowed is used properly and the prospect of repayment bright. There's no doubt a state like cross rivers has used it's money well and they're capable of funding their debt. Your state is really economicall and infastructurally dull(no offense) and there's nothing wrong in taking up some debt to build up that state and spur growth, cause your current local and federal income won't just cut it!
