I was stunned when the account officer told me point black not to return the left over to company account after the company had payed for my Training in Apapa. He insisted I needed the money because I am still young. The problem with Nigeria is not just the leaders, an average Nigerian is super corrupt. They want development but they are not ready to pay the price. No nation develops with corrupt citizens.

I remember my early work days as an after-sales repair tech, when people try to even give money for repairs of their warranty products, either to speed up the lead time or to show appreciation for providing a prompt repair service, I always turned down such money and told them it was their right to enjoy such service.

I further found myself in an industry where people earn millions, but still find a way to fraudulently accrue some extra thousands they do not merit.

What is so tempting in cheating your fellow man or employer that already over-pamper you?

Get a Nigerian to run a public agency or a private firm, and he is already contemplating fraudulent schemes to fiddle with the books, or to extort contractors and vendors before recommending their services or products.

I would not even bother with sales representatives. If the employers knew how much their products are actually sold to government, private firms and individuals, their sluggish annual profits would have been a financial windfall. While those buying would have eliminated a lot of waste due to high costs purchase by their fraudulent procurement team.

Yet, these criminal workers are the ones that complain the most.

I will live on an honest wage and whatever profits I can make from my investments. If I get to be wealthy, I would have earned it, but not at the expense of extortion, theft and fraud.

how powerful a passport is determined by several factors.conditions of entering some country freely depends on the agreement between the two countries.So you dont expect your passport to enter a country where your country has no agreement .Nigerian passport is still recognized all over the world even thou it does not give you free access to several countries.

At least here in Kenya, where I have my legal residency with my Nigerian passport I can go to the US, European countries, Australian, Canadian embassies in Nairobi and apply for visa but in most of these embassies they clearly state if you are a Somalian passport don't bother to show face!

i wonder when nigeria and Africa will be like the developed world.we tend to be sentimental and tribalistic about every thing.Nobody is talking about what the suspended chief justice did.The first question is to ask if what he did was correct.in the advanced world,he would have voluntarily resigned for making such a big mistake as he said.the cjn said he forgot to declare his asset.Secondly,the law says the members of the judiciary council are supposed to recommend his disciplinary actions.i must say that most nigerians are ignorant of who and who constitute the judiciary council.if I would enlighten some of the ignorant folks,the judiciary council consist of the chief justice ,the assistant chief justice and also some retired chief justice's.the acting chief that buhari swore in was the assistant chief judge.most folk think he just went somewhere to bring him in and swore him in.ideally the chief should have stepped aside pending when the investigations into the alleged corruption cases are cleared.He has to give account to the sources of the money in his account.we

the story is not complete.why was the child taken,they don't take a child without reason,where is the mother,did anybody file a complain against the child.a child can be taken when the child is not given full attention and lack parental care.in Europe,children are given full attention,if the child is neglected because the parent are too busy hustling,such child can be taken.mostly in europe,the women take care of the child while the man does the full work of providing.so we need to know what really happened,a case of parental neglected must have been file against him and possibly he didn't see the letters or he ignored them.i believe there are procedures before a child is collected from parent.the government may see that he is not financially able to take care of the child and such may result to a case like that.i am in no way blaming the deceased man,lots of things happen in europe that I am aware of.Nigerians need to know that Europe is not what people think and there are laws concerning children and once broken,u stand chances of losing your child.

I once posted this on the forum with the full details and it was not move to front page.

Point of correction the father name is Olawale Saheed Mustapha while the daughter is popularly called Baby Jo. And he is not a drug peddler like someone said above.
He was given a 2 years document and later sent to spray in lecce italy and on Saturday the daughter was forcefully taken away from without prior notice. And he was later sent a notice from tribunal to appear on the 12/02/2019. And if he not appear on that said date the baby will be adopted without his concept. And suddenly he was found dead.
I called this homicide, he was killed in other to pave the way for them to adopt the child illegally.
