Even if the cost to acquire land is cheap in some areas relative to some other places, the cost of cement and other building materials for the foundation might not be that cheap. You would do 10 test, 10 assignment, 10 classwork, na so you go record,infact you got to write lesson plan for at least 3 subjects, no teacher must teach below a period of 30 periods
