Nbotee: Useless ppl who couldn't fight for their ancestral lands and have resorted to planting cashews up and down to claim compensation from Estate developers... Dis ones are as inconsequential as d K in Kife or the P in Psychology... The only thing indigenous about Abuja dat is taken serious are the names of most of the areas like Guzape, Mpape, Gwagalape
See how they even look sickly and underfed, nothing indigenous about them

I understand that most times in protests like this some unscrupulous elements cash in on it, but the cause for the protest is just and timely, we need a change in the scheme of things and when dialogue doesn't work in an administration as this then the next legal thing to do is to protest
Flog sense enter their head abeg. If you can't protest peacefully without infringing on people's fundamental human rights, thereby creating a big nuisance, then you deserved to be dealt with.
I thought they were going to beat the soldier. Na that time you go know say Nigeria no be Egypt
RuudVanNisteroy: Hussaini Coomassie, a United Nations Ambassador for Peace and Social Justice has said that the president, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.) ought to use force against #EndSARS protesters.
Quoting Russian president, Vladimir Putin, the ambassador said that Buhari should do what was necessary and not necessarily follow due process to ensure peace in Nigeria.
Lordswazz: Which narrative did you change? And how did you help motivate the girl child constructively?
Arena games, you no win.
Head of house, you no win
Trivia nko?...at all at all!
Did you even intelligently engage anyone in a conversation that had anything to do with women's rights or improving the lot of women in even your community?
There also wasn't a time you pushed an agenda while in the house that supported the many problems being faced by females in modern day Nigera.
All you did was shake bumbum and turn a full grown a** young man into your handbag. Maybe that's the "force" you actually meant in your tweet.
Just enjoy your fleeting fame and don't disturb people with changing any narrative.
My brother the matter tire me, someone will be forcing herself to trend, even since she won what laudable initiative has she spearheaded?
Nelly4you: Sometimes, those who sell things by the roadsides appear to be very rude, ill-mannered and uncultured. When a customer notices this, it annoys the customer and some might even stylishly leave the seller to buy from another customer. On the other hand, there are some other petty traders and hawkers who are extremely well-mannered, friendly, and rewardable.
Today, a man named Mr. Ijiomah Chinedu Marksman took to his social media page, Facebook precisely to share his experience with a groundnut seller. This man said he was driving across the streets while leaving for work when he came across a young boy who sells groundnut.
According to what Mr. Chinedu made public on Facebook, the young boy who sells groundnut told him to please purchase from his product. Mr. Chinedu said he immediately felt like testing how cultured or well trained the boy is. So, he told him he isn't interested in buying his groundnut. Instead of being angry over what Mr. Chinedu said like some other hawkers, the groundnut seller quickly replied by telling him to taste his groundnut so he'd buy when next he passes by. The boy's exact statement goes that:
"Oga, take this one as testing, next time you buy na."
For saying this, Mr. Ijiomah Chinedu felt really impressed about the boy and took to rewarding him for being a credible street boy. He however gave the boy a fifty thousand naira cash for being well-mannered.
Having seen this, what do you all feel about the man who rewarded the boy? If you were in his shoes, what would you have done for the young groundnut seller?
Also, have you ever had a good or bad encounter with any hawker which you can share here? If yes, share and let's learn.
If Buhari had chosen someone from the East, they still won't appreciate him. That is when you will read comments like "He wants to appease the Igbos" and other disgusting thoughts..
The fact that the former PeNCom DG was Igbo doesn't mean NADA. Of course Buhari should have chosen someone else from another tribe, but not Igbo.
englishmart: Did you have to say she's fat? Well, it's like fat babes are usually played, since the society disrespects them. Guys sees it like doing them a favour to date them. See the flagrant pride in your tone when you said you broke her heart. As in to put someone in depression or something worse without any ruefulness?.
Leave the seemingly immature dude alone, I believe he has a sister or will have a daughter.so when karma calls don't feel bad
Buhari is really a man of integrity. Edo State election has brought a very new dimension to democracy in Nigeria.
The out conduct and outcome of this election will go a very long way in future elections in Nigeria.

Bro's don't hail Buhari yet. Maybe it's part of the grand 2023 plan to cut Tinubu to size, hence the absence of Federal might in the election or maybe the fear of UK and USA caused it but whichever way, it worked for the good of democracy

Kingpele: Ok am relieved, haters of buharia over to u guys, it is good to admit wrong for the purpose of repentence, but most people abusing the government have never repented of their sins or even willing to repent of their own wrongs yet believe to be good in their own mind such are the real hypocrites... I see people call righteousness 89 hypocrite here and I laugh, if only u guys know what this guy is warning you about, u will love and appreciate him, I have lose consciousness for like one hour and every one thought I was dead, I sawc hell with my own eyes and people were burning and crying in that terrible place, when I woke up, no body preached to me, I use my own hand and give my life to Christ... I thank God for his eternal love for me
StatKing: Sometimes I wonder if these security personnel live in this same Nigeria. Are they exempted from this hardship Nigerians are passing through? Imagine them telling protesters they don't have the right to protest against the hike in electricity tariff
It's really pathetic, but I can bet you that a lot of them in the police force don't like what's happening, but they have to follow instructions!
Not sure if am 100% correct in interpretation, but he said something like 2030 being a reference of some sort, according to his calculation and then the rapture could either happen like 3 years before then, or 6 years there about after, or 10 years or something. So it was like a theoretical analysis. Do I know if he is right or wrong. NO! I don't have any research or deep knowledge on it. But I won't just insult and ridicule him for putting out such a theory. Most of the scientific laws we have in the world today were once theories put forward by people and during their time many of them were dismissed by their societies as either being crazy or stupid or heretic or possessed or something negative. But the wise societies didn't write them off outrightly, they sponsored expeditions and research to thoroughly analyse whatever those claims were, and sometimes in the process of trying to check if such theories were true, it was either they discovered Yes, it's true, or NO, it isn't true and then because they were doing their own research they sometimes will come up with a modified theory or a new theory that actually works. These are the things that fuelled human advancement. There was a time the theory that man could fly was considered stupid and crazy and impossible etc, but look at where we are today, because some people actually took the time to verify or disprove those theories. So for me, I think theories are good. At least, it presents a challenge for rational activities and helps to expand knowledge as people try to either workout such theories as correct or prove them wrong. Whichever the outcome is, it is good for Humanity. Thomas Edison speaking relative to theories that birth research and inventions said something like, He didn't fail, he just discovered 1000 ways it wouldn't work. So sometimes, to succeed we must fall first. Is Pastor Chris right about his theory? I DON'T KNOW. I really don't have an idea. But I love the fact that he tried to do something significant. I mean, the rapture is averu significant event and if we are even able to compute and understand or figure out a correct period for its possible occurrence, I think that's a very giant leap for Christianity and the world at large. Now that he has put forward this theory, I believe and expect other people, maybe theologians or pastors or religious community to look at what he said, and make a review to try to understand it first of all, and then analyse it to verify whether it's accurate or not. In the process, more theories might come forward, and before you know it, someone might eventually come up with something accurate and factual, or prove whether this theory Pastor Chris gave is true or not true. So it will cause people to try to push their boundary of knowledge further and test their minds for better ideas, and this is a good thing for Humanity. This is how we made progress this far. All the scientific laws we have today, whether physics, chemistry, biology or science in general, they were all theories at the beginning. It was when people made the effort to prove or disprove them, that they became laws after their authenticity were confirmed. That's it. So me I don't know why some people now have to turn this thing to an insult contest. If we keep ridiculing people like that, then we will kill the drive for creativity in people, because they will be afraid to come out or speak about the ideas or theories they found about for fear of being stigmatized by society. So I won't support that. I support creativity, I support free thinking. Yes some crazy ideas may come from time to time, but it will die natural death when it is found to be false. But then again, the best ideas also come from creativity and free thinking. That's part of the beauty of life[/quo te] He's assertion is based on biblical pointers
Openbusiness: Oga the man dropped a theory! Prove it wrong and stop beating around the bush about who the Son of God is, is that the issue here or the subject matter? Jesus himself said, No man knows the DAY or HOUR of the rapture. Jesus DID NOT SAY, No man knows the YEAR, OR MONTH OR WEEK. The rapture is a specific event with a specific timing. So it can be calculated. A man has come out with his own idea and reasoning to put up a theory on the possible period the event of rapture can be expected. There's nothing wrong with what he did. He never said the rapture will take place on Oct 20, 2028 at 11:00AM. If he gave a pinpoint specific time like that, then he can easily be proven wrong and disproved to be incorrect with the very proof and fact of the scripture where Jesus said Nobody knows the day or hour. Did he say that? No! He only postulated on the possible years it could happen. He said it could be around 3 years before 2030 or 7 years after etc, or so I think if I get what he said well. Nonetheless, He has put forward a mathematically computable time frame with figures. He didn't say am angel showed him or say an invisible intangible object is the source of his claim. So it is left for others to review what he said and the theory he put forward to either prove or disprove it. Whether or not his theory is accurate is the next line of action, but it's an interesting theory all the same. You either prove it wrong with your own theory and proven law or you ignore if you don't understand what he's talking about.
Bros, you have time to be answering a seemingly empty barrel that only believes in hurling insults at people. Such a one with low demeanor should be ignored, don't even try to school him.
Openbusiness: You guys are always quick to label things with derogatory terms without even doing any holistic research on whatever claims he put out there. Jesus said, "whoever eats of his flesh...", and the religious people around said he was crazy for saying such. Same way, Galileo was labeled an heretic by the Roman Catholics for postulating a theory that the Earth was not the center of the universe and that the Sun didn't revolve around the Earth. Galileo said it was the other way around and it was the earth moving around the Sun. They killed him for it. But what do you know, later turns out Galileo was right. Many other cases like that in human history. So why not conduct your research to disprove or verify his claims first? Where's your research? Where's your counter postulations? None! Only insults. Nawa oh

This guy's are the biggest hypocrites in the history of politics in Nigeria
OBUKSBAYELSA: We warned that Buhari lacks the intellectual capacity, political and diplomatic finese to lead our country, we were called all manner of names now, see where he has led us to.
Wow! What an achievement to stand up to obj and survive it. another milestone achievement of the Buhari administrator. Applause. Very petty set of folks indeed, from top to bottom
rentAcock: Sad. Another one who has chosen to flee instead of fight. Another Ivy league educated scholar who could change Nigeria for the better has decided to switch sides. This is very sad, she will be remembered as a loser She gave up because she lacks foresight
Me and my household will never flee or beg the white man for visa, greencard or citizenship. We will continue to fight and do all we can for the betterment of this country.
