@TalkTalkTwins

...of course FEMINISM is bae!

The number of attacks I get on my Facebook everyday scares me away. The issue is that most Nigerian men are scared being ruled over by women but that's not the truth...
Maybe religious indoctrination is another major cause!

A woman's money can't scare me...
A woman in power can't scare me...

Africa needs to be cured of this our mentality. If Hilary Clinton was an African she should have failed in her primaries.

Threebear x Papiikush

And what do you really have against women?
I've seen your comments all over nairaland leaving derogatory comments about women. Were you unloved as a child? Are you from a divorced home? Did your girlfriend dump you for a much better man (not that I would blame her for such a sensible decision) but something is definitely wrong somewhere. Because this is getting out of hand, you need therapy and a little bit of love in your life.
Papiikush:
I've got a story (story) (2x)

@TalkTalkTwins

I love the moral lesson

A handsome man went into a hotel and asked to see the boss. When the boss came, the story began.

-The client: is room 39 empty?
-The boss: yes, sir.
-The client: can I book it?
-The boss: of course you can.
-The client: thank you.

Before going to the room, the client asked the boss to provide him with a black knife, a white thread 39 cm and an orange 73g.

The boss agreed though he was surprized at the weird things the client asked to have.

The client went into his room, he didn't ask for food or anything else.

Unfortunately for the boss, his room was next to room 39.

After midnight, the boss heard strange voices and noise in that client's room. Voices of wild animals and of utensils and dishes being thrown on the floor.

The boss didn't sleep that night. He kept thinking and wondering what might be the source of the noise.

In the morning, when the client handed the keys to the boss, the latter asked to see the room first.

He went to the room and found everything alright. Nothing unusual. He even found the thread, the black knife and the orange on the table.

The client paid the bill and gave the bellboys a very good tip and left the hotel smiling.

The boss was in a shock but he didn't reveal what he heard to the bellboys. In fact, he started to doubt himself.

After one year, the client showed up again. He asked to see the boss again. The boss was in a puzzle.

The client asked the same things: room 39, black knife, white thread 39cm and an orange 79g.

This time, the boss wanted to know the truth by all means possible. He spent a sleepless night, waiting for something to happen. After midnight, the same voices and noises started, this time louder and more indecipherable than the year before.

Again, before leaving, the client paid his bill and left a large tip on the table for the bellboys. The smile didn't leave his face.

The boss started searching for the meaning of everything the client asked to have. Why did he ask room 39? why the white thread? why the black knife? In fact, the boss didn't arrive to any convincing answer to all these questions.

The boss now was eagerly waiting for the month of March, the month in which the client showed up.

To his surprise, on the first day of March, the same client showed up. He asked the same questions. Wanted to book the same room, wanted to have the same things as before.

The boss again heard the same noises, this time more louder than before.

In the morning, when the client was leaving the hotel, the boss apologized politely to the client and asked to know the secret behind the noises in the room.

-''If I tell you the secret, do you promise to never reveal it to anyone else?''
-''I promise I will never let anyone know''.
-''Swear''
-''I swear I won't reveal your secret''
So finally, the client revealed his secret to the boss.

Unfortunately, the boss was a sincere person. Until now he hasn't revealed his secret to anyone.

When he does, I will let you know... thank you for reading.

A group, under the aegis of Middle Belt Youth Forum, has advised President Muhammadu Buhari not to contest the 2019 Presidential election, following his inability to address herdsmen killings that has consumed several lives in the region.

In a press statement signed by the National President, Comrade Pius Attah and Secretary, Dan Kadarko and made available to Daily Sun in Jos, the group said the Middle Belt is currently shopping for a credible candidate that will defend interest of the region in 2019.

“President Buhari has not been able to addressed the insecurity ravaging the Middle Belt, particularly the recent killings by herdsmen in Benue state that claimed about 73 innocent lives. The Fulani has issued another threats that if Governor Samuel Ortom does not rescind on the implementation of the anti-grazing law, the state risk another attack and Federal Government has not called them to order.

“It is based on this that we advised President Muhammadu Buhari not to contest the 2019 Presidential election because he has failed to protect our members in Benue, Plateau, Taraba and Southern Kaduna states respectively. We will mobilise ourselves against his ambition if he insist on contesting.

“A credible presidential candidate has merged from the Middle Belt with a view to tackle the rampant killings in the country and the persons would be announced formally to Nigerians after consultation with power brokers in the country. We believed that the region has been too silent that is why it has suffered avoidable attacks that consumed dozen of lives.”

Comrade Attah urged Federal Government to declare the herdsmen killing innocent people in the Middle Belt as terrorists and urged government to use its machineries to crushed their activities in the interest of peace and unity of the country.

He said youths from the Middle Belt felt disappointed with the manner in which Buhari’s government has treated the region which contributed immensely to enthroned him in 2015.

“We have nothing to show that Buhari’s government has done for us in the Middle Belt (North Central) apart from killing of innocent people by herdsmen and economic hardship that has ravaged the people. Something urgent need to be done before we are consumed and that is why we are ready to produce the next president of Nigeria.”

Nairaland GeneralStates To Commence Cattle Colonies Next Week- Federal Government by TalkTalkTwins(op): 11:50pm On Jan 20, 2018
@TalkTalkTwins

The federal government says work will commence next week on cattle colonies in states that have indicated interest to establish them.

Chief Audu Ogbeh, the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, disclosed this on Friday during a visit to the Agriculture and Veterinary Complex of the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.

Ogbeh said that the National Economic Council on Thursday set up a 10-member committee comprising the Vice President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, as Chairman and nine governors to facilitate the commencement of the cattle colonies in interested states.

“We are happy that we are making progress in agriculture now."

“One of the most topical issues we have today is that of farmers and herdsmen clashes."

“If we do not deal with it quickly, we run the risk of damaging the harmony and the co-existence of Nigeria as a country. The killings are getting too many."

“In our attempt to solve the problem, we have proffered certain solutions but perhaps we were not sensitive enough to Nigeria’s fragile sensitivities and suspicions."

“When we spoke of colonies, we were immediately greeted with reactions that this was an attempt to cease Nigeria’s land and give to the Fulanis to colonize."

“The intention is not for Fulanis or anyone to colonize any territory. It is to provide a haven for cattle to graze in peace under controlled environments to prevent the conflicts between farmers and herdsmen."

“Only yesterday, a committee was set up by the vice president with members, most of them, state governors discussing this matter and resolving that states that are interested will begin work on this matter as soon as next week.’’

The minister said that the federal government would engage the services of the National Animal Production Research Institute (NAPRI) to assist in the production of fodder for cattle.

According to him, open grazing is posing serious challenges and it is not too efficient for the cattle.

Ogbeh described open grazing as a `torture’ to cattle which usually do not enjoy long distance walks.

CareerHow To Make Money From Your Blog by TalkTalkTwins(op): 11:15pm On Jan 16, 2018
@TalkTalkTwins

Did you miss me? Well, I’m sure you did or did not? But wait, whether or not you did miss me (which I’m sure you did), I have something interesting to tell you. Guess what? How would you feel if you could quit your job and earn twice of your income through your blog? Now, I have gotten several questions from people saying

Clifford how can I make money off my blog?
I hear people say that they make a good income from their blog but then how do they do it?
The Secret; Traffic + Using The Appropriate Strategies
I assume you know, that if you have a blog, getting traffic to your website helps to increase your chances of making money from it? Anyway, I wouldn’t delve into that now but what are we waiting for? Let’s get into the main topic
which is
How Can YOU Make Money off Your Blog?
If you have a blog, you might have been thinking of the ways you could make some money off your blog. Well, there’s no need to think because below are the top three ways you can use to make money from your blog. To top it all, I have tested them all and I think they would also work for you.

Advertisement; There’s no doubt that adverts are one of the most popular ways you could earn money from your blog. Now, most people tell me, Sophie, people aren’t coming to place advert on my website what do I do? The secret; Grow your website traffic and then approach your ‘, potential customers’. I have this belief that if they don’t come to you, then you go to them. Once, you begin to get steady traffic, prepare your media kit and approach companies who you know fits your niche. This worked for me when I was still new to blogging and yes, it sure did get me some money.

Make Your Own Products: Another way to make money off your blog is to make your own products. You could make products such as e-books, checklists, software, templates, mini-courses etc. I want you to just sit and brainstorm. What product can you create that would suit your audience? If you can think of it, then you are on your way there
Affiliate: Wait, not only can you make money off those two but you can also make money off your blog by becoming an affiliate for companies that suits your niche. For example, I have a blogger friend who makes around $2,000 every month through affiliates and yet whenever we talk, he tells me ‘Look Sophie. I really want to step up my affiliate game so that I can earn double of my present affiliate income’ and I’m always like, WOW! So yes, you can make money by becoming an affiliate.

Coincidentally, I’m in need of more affiliates to join the ghafab team. If you are interested, you can signify by replying this email.
Now you have it, the top three ways you can use to make money off your blog. Please note that there are more than three ways you could use to make money off your blog, but in other to keep this email short, I had to limit it to three. If you have any questions, please just hit the reply button, you know, I’ll always be here to answer all your questions.
