yungboss: you may not easily find one for sale in nigeria, i doubt you will find one either in cotonou...the M3 is a very powerful car, with a blistering acceleration.in other words its best to avoid this car as I don't want anything mechanics will use to learn work. I currently use a 2005 pilot but driving it everyday feels like a tedious chore that's why I'm after performance now. I'll look out for the 2001 3 series I6 coupe then, driving my friend's coja got me so hooked like I'm on drugs and I love it. |
Someone actually said Tinubu's 60th birthday owambe party shookt the entire country. I no fit laugh abeg ![]() |
Its very shameful for the OP to ask such a silly question but since the mods felt it was frontpage worth, then no wahala. You can never compare a regional leader with a National leader any day. It is never done any where in the world. No matter as we deem it fit to hate OBJ mostly because of his ugly looks, he's an internationally reknowned and respected statesman of whom the likes of Tinubu are only hoping to be for now. Most people hailing Tinubu here are just enclosed in their comfortable cocoons in the south west and think the world revolves around them but the honest truth is that if you ask any international diplomat worthhis/her salt who Tinubu/Obasanjo is, 9/10 will know only Obj. Same also with an average Nigerian. Like someone posted earlier on, its like comparing a lion to a dog which is obviously an unfair comparison. |
Eko Ile: He's too dull and incapable of emulating anything because he's visionless and void of credible and sane ideas.see mumu Olodo, when you saw GEJ today why didn't you open that you useless mouth to utter that nonsense. Its only on nairaland that you have power abi ? Ok let's just agree you were too busy carrying you oga's hand bag. FOOL |
I've made up my mind on the 2001 M 3 coupe, does anyone know if it there's an auto tranny option ? And what's the estimated price in Nigeria/Cotonou ? Just tell me this baby aint fine
|
koruji: Are you done? honestly, you dey really smell well well. I recomend baygon or otapiapia for you. |
Origami III: Why think in this manner.Mile 12 market largely populated by hausas was shut down for 2 weeks yet no hausa man came forward to cry victimization.Filth and environmental polution should never be tolerated by any civilised government.Ladipo traders should take steps to address the concerns raised by government.Yes but I also believe the blame should go both ways, the traders clean out their market/shop stalls everyday, they obviously have a designated sanitation day, the traders pay environmental sanitation levies/taxes every month/year and now it is the duty of the govt to ensure that their waste disposal agents pick up the cleared out trash at regular intervals preferably mornings and evenings. These things are already paid for, even when you go to your office the place is usually swept before you get there and the trash disposed off properly because you've already provided cash for that earlier. The blame goes both ways my brother |
koruji: Always looking for solace, are you?see mumu o, e dey pain you ? I was reffering to nairaland gangsters except you regard yourself as one which won't really be a surprise ogi like you. I don't really care about an inconsequential riff raff like you who only has balls behind a computer screen so pls continue talkin s#it |
I can't wait to see if these nairaland gangstas will actually have the balls to call GEJ a "retardeen" tomorrow. Its quite easy for cowards to sit behind a computer screen to spew s#it, presido dey come our backyard tomorrow so make una prepare.. ![]() |
yuzedo: If you weren't as obtuse as the muppet you pledge allegiance to, perhaps you'd realise I was being sarcastic and the smartest ðickhead in your lineage doesn't have shît on me.ok I get it sir. You're actually an obtuse muppet who can't craft sarcasm and your shit lineage pledges allegiance to a dickhead. I don't usually quote f¥ck/ng fa#otts with low IQ's but you obviously need help. Thanx very much |
yuzedo: Fuckery!!!WOW!!! Your level of stupidity is beyond astounding. Guess you didn't know this is a LASG project & event ? OLODO |
^^^ Thanx boss, I'll make more research on your write up and the available vehicles in them, I'm more interested in ruggedity for now than aesthetics but I really appreciate your help. |
segxyrema: GEJ is indirectly enrich his pocket using some fools........this is military invasion ordered by the Govt of the same country against militant group and their hide-out.mr man if you don't have facts about a situation just chill instead of blabbing because you have access to the internet. An entire community was almost wiped out, men women and children including the aged were murdered, the women were r#ped in front of family members and kids and you're here spewing rubbish. Do you even know where Odi is ? Don't ever utter what you know nothing about abeg. If security operatives couldn't do their jobs of fishing out a few bad eggs in a community, does it justify the bombardment with heavy artillery and eventual anihilation with military might of that community ? I guess you have the balls to talk nonsense because you weren't affected in any way |
I'm watching Rick Ross "hold me back" video Naija version. I wonder why those chanting "bigot" never cared to warn the person who started these tribal insults. |
the traders should keep the market clean so that the people who hate them will have where to buy cheap car parts. Besides the traders pay environmental sanitation levies, after cleaning the market on designated days/everyday, the sanitation officials should do their duties and pack the garbage away before it inevitably falls into the drainages again. The blame goes both ways shikena |
oyebanji: A lot of issues will be brought forward by this Judgement. But I think this is what happens when Govermnents are not realistic about situations.an entire community WAS shelled with heavy artillery, soldiers moved in to wipe out survivors, innocent women and young girls were r#ped in front of their kids other family members, property were looted and destroyed. There's no justification for that in any law even if Nigeria was at war then so quit trying to whip up tribal sentiments and excuses to gloss over this victory for the Odi people. If the security agents couldn't do their jobs of investigating and apprehending the primary culprits, does it justify the wiping out of an entire village ? I guess your tone would have been different if this attrocity had taken place in the SW. |
~Bluetooth:you don't know anything about the rules of engagement especially when a country/state is not at war. In civilized climes, your "collateral damage" is kept to its barest minimum if possible getting only the intended target(s) but your brand of collateral damage encourages (1) non evacuation of innocent civilians (2) shelling of the community with heavy artillery (3) soldiers going in to finish off survivors (4) soldiers raping women and young girls in front of their husbands, kids and siblings (5) complete destruction of any standing property etc. I don't like this your brand of "collateral damage" and once again I pray it doesn't happen in your village/state for any reason whatsoever. I know you hate the Ijaw as a people but murder/genocide can never be justified for any reason at all. |

Mad Cow: Nice move by the FG...please the commendation should be given to the judiciary and not the FG. |
~Bluetooth:are you trying to say because a thief lives on a street then everyone on that street is also a thief ? I guess you never went to Odi after the carnage, I guess you don't know that the community was shelled with heavy artillery before soldiers went in to wipe out any survivors. There are some things you don't just support even if you don't like the people of that area, I wonder what your thinking would have been if this carnage had God forbid happened in your community or state. |

“The door was broken open from the outside,” Nel told the court. Potential case killer if you've got a good defence attorney. |
Nuzo':be that as it may but I don't think the kickbacks will ever amount up to N150 billion that is desperately needed in other sectors of the economy. I also propose that the opposition elements in the national assembly utilize this situation and kick up a ruckus by demanding a downsizing of the salaries and emoluments of assembly members for the greater good of the nation, this will swing the sympathies of ordinary Nigerians to them thereby ensuring a wider support base come 2015 general elections. |
At this juncture, it is plain for all to see that a bi-cameral legislature is too expensive for this country to run, I propose a uni cameral legislature with our assembly members paid on a part time basis of only sitting allowance. The freed up funds will go a long way to service infrastructure and other deficiencies all over the country. |
bigtt76: “That is why we want to draw the attention of Nigerians to a potential war that is about to break out in the House of Representatives unless our money is fully remitted to us as was the case in the 6th NASS,” the members warned ....Like Seriously? Hear this foolish House Member ...who give a F@rting F@#ck if there's gonna be war in the House? Were Nigerians told before you guys appropriate and misappropriate funds to yourselves? Or you think Nigerians are smiling you guys raking in so much cash? Abeg una park one side joor! #mtcshewwwwwwwwu dey mind the clowns ? I honestly don't see their relevance with the way they're going now |
I find it hard to take a group of people serious when they can single handedly appropriate N150 billion yearly as their salaries/entitlements, we need to talk in this country even if its through a sovereign national conference |
Soni Daniel, Regional Editor, North As the National Assembly tries to wriggle out of the budget padding feud with the Presidency, a fresh round of crisis is looming in the House of Representatives following allegation by some aggrieved members that the leadership has short-changed them in the payment of their salaries and allowances. The aggrieved members of the House of Representatives, who spoke to Vanguard last night, accused the leadership of trading with their salaries and allowances since the inception of the current 7th session of the NASS. According to the members, who did not want to be named for now, the management of the NASS had at the inauguration of the current session started paying them a paltry N15 million per quarter as against the N43 million that their predecessors were getting per quarter. The members, who were armed with some documents to buttress their point, pointed out that the management later in June 2012 grudgingly jerked their pay to N27 million per quarter following threats by some angry members to confront the leadership. The grouse of the aggrieved members is that it is wrong for their pay to be unjustifiably and inexplicably slashed by the leadership of the House of Representatives when the allocation to the NASS has not been reduced from N150 billion per year by the Federal Government. Vanguard gathered that out of the amount, N43 billion is set aside for the running of the NASS while 40 percent goes to the Senate and 60 percent is taken by the House of Representatives because of their large size of 360 members compared to the Senate’s 109. But it was learnt that unlike in the Dimeji Bankole-led House of Representatives when members were paid N43 million per quarter, the current leadership has only paid a maximum of N27 million to members with effect from June last year without explaining to members what happens to the balance of the money. “That is why we want to draw the attention of Nigerians to a potential war that is about to break out in the House of Representatives unless our money is fully remitted to us as was the case in the 6th NASS,” the members warned |
