abdulkadir: did you find anything useful on those links.only rave reviews so far, someone said its "built like a tank" I've also come across "built to last forever" and relatively cheap parts can be gotten online. This particular model was from 1998 - 2000 and has been described as one of the last hand built AMGs. There are other fancier more beautiful specs of mercedes in the market especially after 2000 but if you prefer ruggedity, this is the car for you as well as other C class series of the 90s. |
au.hanson:definitely thirsty, quoted at 16cty/21hwy which is fair to me. Just curious about its availability & pricing in Nigeria. |
whisper88: Nigeria!!! Wch kind country b dis?HOLODO |
Bad belle people are complaining, Akwa Ibom people are celebrating. Abeg make una leave Akpabio alone o. |
baysol: What nonsense are you ranting? Didn't we said that this stakeholder story is a ruse that is dead on arrival. You see we'll see how you igbos will nail your coffin and burry yourselves in your show of shame. Your ogbanje minister and cohort presido mumutan will definitely have a case to answer when all these frolicking is over.look at this foolish fool that has a problem with proper english, who are you in the polity of your local govt that you will make an utterance and it will have a binding effect on the generality of Nigerians ? You're not even relevant in your local ward and you're here ranting like an underfed puppy because of cheap internet. You're among those who prefer watching baba suwe instead of news that is why you're backwards information wise. Go and listen to yesterdays news and hear the commendation the senate passed on GEJ for sacking Demuren except you want to tell me that the entire senate or even its committee on aviation is made up completely of ibo people. Nonsense and for your information you dimwit I am not an ibo person so I'm above your petty tribal mediocrity, I believe the ibos on nairaland can defend themselves creditably well when faced with tribal scum of the earth like you. Good day scallywag. |
maasoap: Seriously, I want people's honest reaction to this. I know that we have ACN apologists on NL just as we have PDP apologists that won't see anything wrong in their masters's every action and inaction. They will defend anything and everything, even if it clearly goes against logic.oga let's be realistic here, this is Nigeria where even a Bsc is worthless in the labor market not to talk of primary 6 certificate. I have come across security guard vacancies in organisations with a minimum of o.n.d certificate so what are you telling me. If you have the chance pls have children that you can train VERY effectively. I only blame the state govt in this instance for deceiving and wasting the time of the applicants of which in advanced countries, the govt would have been sued for time wasting, emotional stress and other wahala for 3 wks. |
Lagos-Star:if you watch the news, you would have heard that its the senate who pressured our presido to sack Demuren, let's leave ethnicity out of here. Besides Nkemwateva is just there in an acting capacity. |
G.C.E is not expensive, go back to school and upgrade. |
2nd to comment. But wait o, how many "stake holders" does aviation have and which one do they want us to listen to ? |
ifyalways: The ambassador's name. Which part of Nigeria is she frommost likely Plateu state, but definitely the middle belt. |
brownlord: Shut up my friend, dont the derail the thread if u got notin to saylook at this puppy dog barking. I dey laugh you ![]() |
naija_racist: See let me tell you guys the reason, i have a friend who live in senegal he told me that the reason why nigerians reacted that day was because the the nigerian embassador rarely respond to them anytime they need there help and another thing there was, there is a nigerian guy that was killed by a group of senegalese but nigerian embassy was adamant to respond even when they hear the story, so when nigerian boys went to christain burial ground to burry him, on reaching there they found out his courpse was not there that the embassy have already burried him secretly without the knowledge of nigerians to seal the matter. Nigerians was very annoyed that why they went to protestengrish ![]() |
juman: Unfortunate.who is this spoil sport now ? |
I dated this girl in my compound that time, it had advantages eg she washed my clothes regularly, cooked food regularly and regular midnite reading . But it also had its disadvantages like when she broke up with me one day meanwhile my stove and cooking implements were already in her room, she refused to release them o. Anyways, my roomie invited two girls over that fateful day, luckily for me I had been cutting eye for one of them since but couldn't invite her home because of my compound chick, I then used the opportunity of our break up to prosecute my runs. Along the line I had to prepare indomie for those girls but my stove was still with ex after much begging she still refused to release it, I then had to beg aomeone else for his stove. Madam still no gree o, she came banging my door shouting who are those girls, answer me before I break down this door. Needless to say my runs knock patapata that night with my new catch. ![]() |
Alarib: Oga no vex o.....but do u know the relationship between PREPAID meters and "realistic bills"....the main issue here should be if this handover will not be a potential failure like NITEL was.don't mind me o jare, my mind skipped like it wld be regular phcn billing system. Well I don't think at this stage the govt or especially manitoba will want to mess things up like NITEL. Anything is possible sha in Nigeria but I don't think this will be the case especially whn you consider the calibre of Naija big men involved in the DISCOs. |
Just watched AIT news and there was an article where the senate commended GEJ for implementing their reccomendation and sacking Demuren. Now we know who the "stake holders" are. |
I rememba wen my next door neighbor who squats her boyfriend started gettin angry because we "borrow" her bucket of water anytime she keeps it outside preparing to take her bath especially during exam period. Well one day my roomie overheard her planning to urinate into a bucket of water one day then leave it for us to "borrow", needless to say, we stopped going near any bucket of water she or her bf keeps outside till we got angry one day & poured some urine into the water she and her bf used to take their bath that morning. I'm still thinking of how to tell her sef. |
Coupists and cry babies are on the list too. Isokay |
The Beam: Sir,my only problem with Demuren's sacking is the pressure put on the president by our countrys' "aviation stakeholders". Anybody who brings in the issue of tribalism is just a fool in my opinion. This is way beyond an issue as trivial as tribalism & I believe the president should have used his good office to keep Demuren at least till his tenure expires. Those in the houses of assembly are squarely to blame for this distasteful situation. |
Eko Ile: See guilty conscience. You are obviously on of the mentally misplaced and low grade thinkers just like odechukwu himself.SMH, your case is very pathetic. Well sha its easier for cowards to sit behind a computer screen spouting trash & acting all powerful but its a different story when push comes to shove. Nuff said razz kid... ![]() |
Eko Ile: See guilty conscience. You are obviously on of the mentally misplaced and low grade thinkers just like odechukwu himself.this is just typical of you so I'm immune to your rantings but pls try and change. You can send your points across without insulting or using abusive words. Its just so razz. ;Ð |
Eko Ile: Unfortunately for you, he was not your minister for education, he was not your minister for science and technology, he was never your dumb and incompetent. These clowns are responsible for what you are crying about and you give them billions every year to carry out that responsibility, not Mr Demuren.a typical case of severe lack of home training and public decorum. Hardly can you post a comment without hurling insults and abusive words. You sir are indeed the only wise man in Nigeria ![]() |
SamAfrik: Not surprised, wn this same Alams is stil reverred in Bayelsa State & Brass his hometown. Both pple & govt are shameless, no wonder they keep giving birth to militants & oil bunkerers.mr man, don't generalize a whole people abeg can't you think ? And besides who told you Alams comes from Brass ? If you don't know what to do with your mb pls break your modem. Frustrated he goat |
I find it difficult believing an obscure foreign newspaper. Its not even the Washington Post or New York Times, I'll just bid my time till I see it in a Nigerian newspaper or a tv/radio station. I just pray its not true sha. |
mysticgal: chei talktimi, you killeth me with laugh.abeg no die o, its one of those things that gave me life experience to endure peoples diverse characters. |
clemclem: I drive bmw 328 i 1997 model -3 series. Iif you didn't see it in a whole ladipo then I suggest you ship it in from europe, look for reputable bmw parts marketers online maybe ebay or ask a friend abroad to get the correct one for you. My own advice |
I had this neighbor who had an ashawo key for almost any lock/padlock, he also had this habit of lifting pots from peoples stoves in the corridor. Well one day, he lifted a pot belonging to one guy and hid it in his room waiting for the wahalato die down first when the owner started shouting and swearing all over the compound. The thief then got annoyed and brought out the pot asking the owner if he wasn't ashamed of himself, that his mates were cooking rice, beans and soup while he was shouting because of ordinary boiled corn. Owner of corn was just crying like a baby while the whole compound burst out laughing. |
emmasege: Tell themare you guys trying to say no other Nigerian went for civil aviation training after Demuren ? That infact he is the last qualified civil aviation expert in Nigeria ? Don't be ridiculous abeg |
I stayed in one while in school, survived many escapades too I remember a neighbor directly opposite my room who had her boyfriend squatting with her, I shared my food anytime I cooked and thought and we generally had fun together, I had human beings as neighbors until my room mate started giving me gist of how my neighbor and her boyfriend insult me & another neighbor anytime we're off to class and it happened regularly because when he's home, he locks himself in the house. Me and my fellow abused neighbor decided to visit "alhaji" for some wraps of weed, we got an ashawo key, got into their room and poured the weed inside their pot of soup. They packed out FAST |
abdulkadir: thinking of the c43 dis link myt giv a prelim ideathanks bro, sorry for derailing the thread. |
To all you political gangstas (you know yourselves) that will undoubtedly fill this thread very soon hurling insults on each other because of this laudable achievement and trying to force feed your political ideologies down our throat, I have one question for you. Must we clap our hands for the government for doing what they are supposed to do ? |
