RomanceRe: What Do Boys Gain In A Relationship Without Sex? by Tallesty1(m):
Nothing! Dating is a waste of time, money, energy etc.

We will have less broke asss guys if we can use the time and money we waste on women to plan our future.

The amount some guys spend on their girlfriend is sometimes more than what married folks spend on their wife and kids. It is just pathetic.

I just don't know why

Nairaland GeneralRe: 5 Reasons Not To Judge People by Tallesty1(m):
When I was in elementary school, I got into a major argument with a boy in my class. I have forgotten what the argument was about, but I have never forgotten the lesson I learned that day.

I was convinced that “I” was right and “he” was wrong – and he was just as convinced that “I” was wrong and “he” was right. The teacher decided to teach us a very important lesson.

She brought us up to the front of the class and placed him on one side of her desk and me on the other. In the middle of her desk was a large, round object. I could clearly see that it was black. She asked the boy what color the object was. “White,” he answered.

I couldn’t believe he said the object was white, when it was obviously black! Another argument started between my classmate and me, this time about the color of the object.

The teacher told me to go stand where the boy was standing and told him to come stand where I had been. We changed places, and now she asked me what the color of the object was. I had to answer, “White.”

It was an object with two differently colored sides, and from his viewpoint it was white. Only from my side it was black.

Sometimes we need to look at the problem from the other person’s view in order to truly understand his/her perspective.

He is a die hard introvert that like doing things his own way. He is simple and fun to be with if you understand him and he thinks alot yes! He loves thinking, infact THINKING is his hobby. He's got no time for small talks or pointless chatter, He'd rather just not talk. Awkward huh? Well he is comfortable with his awkwardness. He loves to diagnose people, or predict them and categorize them and their actions and so far he has recorded no failure but it is likely to happen soon cause MizMyColi is a hard nut to crack

I was standing close to an older woman who queued up to enter a bank today. She struck up a conversation with a young man next to her.

The you man noticed that she had ATM card and asked why she wants to go inside. She replied that she just needed to withdraw small money.

"Ma'am, you must be tired standing here. Did you know there's a machine over there in the corner?" He pointed to the machine built into the wall. "Go over there, insert your card and withdraw the amount you want. This banks opens by 9am and this is just 8:15

"Why yes, thank you," the lady replied, "but I'll just wait here a little while longer. 9am is just a few minutes away."

The guy became insistent.

"But it would be so much easier for you to avoid this long line and withdraw money from the machine and go home before it starts raining"

The woman patted him on the arm and answered, "Oh, I know. But that machine would never ask me how my grandchildren are doing."
==========================
She had a need greater than the need for ATM -- a need to feel connected to other people. And it was a need that could not be met by a machine.====================
We need friends. Someone to ask how we're doing. Someone to call on us every now and then. Someone to care. Someone to stick by us at our worst. Someone that will always find a way to make time for us. Someone who will inspire us to be who we always knew we could be.

A few close friends meant more than the best machines in the world but unfortunately some have replaced their true friends with gadgets.

Who is such a friend to you? That person is more valuable than your greatest possession.

Have you said ... Thanks?.
