I don't even see a relationship between the two premises she presented. Existence of a car is well documented by humans, it's creation was witnessed by humans, humans that made it can speak and bear withness to their work for themselves, it is branded so humans can know who made it.
Earth made by? It's creation witnessed by? The creator of the earth can he speak for himself? Where is the branding that tells us the specific god that made the earth?
