Suggested upgrades for the JF-17
1. Engine: Replace the vintage RD-33(RD-93) with modern, fuel efficient and signature efficient engines. SNECMA or GE can help. 2. Radar: The present KLJ-7 is literally a joke. In modern times when radars are phase arrayed or Electronically Steered, KLJ-7 is mechanically steeered. Not to mention the radar also limits the maximum range of the SD-10BVRAAM. 3. Avionics: While coding the avionics in C can be cost effective and done by college students, it has a higher failure rate and more prone to hacks, attacks and blocks as compared to modern military specific languages like ADA. 4. Weapons: The one thing JFT lacks is diversity in weapons. It has a mix of Chinese and Pakistani weapon systems. The lack of reliable Western and NATO weapons can prove damaging in a war. |

Sixfootah: When I heard air force, what comes to mind was SU 27/34 or mig 29.. or tonado.. or F16 .. not alpha jet and F7 ordinary Browning m2 can shoot down... F-7 is a supersonic aircraft tho may be obsolete but still very good against insurgents. And sir your browning m2 can't shoot down an aircraft flying at mach 2. |

ichidodo: These stupid f**king Alpha jets and dumb ass Nigerian Airforce......And WHAT THE HELL IS AN MIF7?.....Looks to us like something made in obsolence from China, Pakistan or something a black arm dealer just coupled together. F**k that sh**t,including Illierate Buhari. It's F7 and its really am obsolete aircraft. It's the upgraded version of Mig 21. However that's what we have for now before the arrival of our JF-17 . So chill man. |

Jacinta44: Baba God Don Finally Pick My Call!!!!
Me that have been looking for how to own one of this big big phones.
Let me share my miracle story.
If you check my posts, you will notice dat I have been following Tecno threads.
Do you know why?
Because I notice that they produce big big phones that can do what most of the other white people popular phones do.
And again, their prize is cheaper.
Of late, I met a cool dude (of cos, he owns a car). I told him my birthday is June 1st. So he gave me 50k for shopping.
That is how I quietly package it and give to my bro to go and buy this my Camon C9 for me.
Do you know why I like it? Cos of the camera. The phone make me more finer than how I fine in real life and many other things I notice.
Like now, if I close the phone, from that round circle on the pouch, I can check time, play music, and on my fone torchlight in one finger.
Also again, I can also press one key by the side and the camera will just enter panorama mode.
I notice I can also encrypt the phone so not everyone can see the nudes I sent to my lover
Again, I can lock some folders so no one can peep in. All this one na preamble o Infact, the phone is fast and beautifu
I am glad of my decision in getting this phone.
So OP, carry on jor No lele. I used to use tecno phones. I have used alot and we have got over 10-13 pieces at home including those that ain't in service. One fact is, you can't compare tecno devices to high end smartphones products made by Samsung, Apple hauwei ,and zte. |

OreMI22: Even if they blunted their skills, nobody is scared of them. As long as NDA have heavy AAA and position them in a hexagon position format, they will shoot those helicopters to pieces once they enter the kill zone.
Nigerian army is only "powerful" when they are faced with unarmed civilian protesters. nda has zero capacity to operate a conventional anti aircraft except those that use LOS. And that's why there is something called Electronic counter measures.. Those helo won't go down. |

KingJB: I stopped believing terror events happen at random. I stopped believing there are youths agitating for freedom or people fighting for their Creed
I now see the world like a big chess game. Almost all events are orchested. In every killing, every war, every militancy, there is a cabal, a mogul smiling to the bank somewhere.
I learnt to mind my business.
One day, I will not care wether the market rise or fall, ever again. Because my company alone, will influence the market.
Summary: face your business and get rich. Fact. No matter how hard things be, if you keep doing the right thing to the right path, you will definitely make it. |

unite4real: Are you even aware that the Nigeria army has base in the delta at all? Talking about understanding the terrain as if the Amphibious Batalion for example, based in Warri since the history of Nigeria army is just a monument. The military also knows the terrains. It's not like the military will post soldiers from nowhere to the creeks. There are trained personnel with experience that knows the terrain very well. That is what am saying. We know the creeks buy we don't know how to coordinate attacks. We already have enough casualties on the military side. We have got well equipped naval officers. |

They made us to understand that from their intelligence report, those guys were going to act as planned. Even the DSS agreed with them that we should not go. When the matter was tabled, and we were confronted with evidences , we all realised that those guys were not joking at all. “It is not that they will over power the presidential guard , no , far from it, the security of any president is not a child’s play . It is just that those militants would have wanted to make a point and there would have been serious casualties. Even Obama had to sneak into Afghanistan to praise his troops. If he had gone without sneaking, Al Qaeda will definitely strike an attack which will involve casualties too but Obama will leave there safe. No matter what, a presidential security isn't what you can toy with. The security forces won't mind the amount of damage innocent civilians will experience. |

The J-31 is a nice plane saw it flew by some months ago. Should be the prototype tho', Nice Airframe i will say. However why don't we consider buying some american 4+ planes? |

naijapresdo2023: The game is 50/50 , those guys understand creek terrain more than our military. Army shouldn't fall for the bait. it's not about understanding the creek... Our military just lacks Intel and a proper way of conducting operation.. You don't just send in military personnel to an area. That ain't a crime scene but a militant controlled area... The Nigerian military doesn't know if she is on an offensive or defensive action. |

NavierStokes: I am Currently in port harcourt. The Airforce jets have been flying around for the past couple of days (2 days back) probably on reconnaissance IMO.
There are no militant camps within the city of port harcourt and possibly not many critical surface pipelines coursing the city ( except that going to bonny) So for people like Quotasystem who are expecting some sort of war, if there will ever be one, it can not be from within the city. All these goes to reveal the people who know nothing about the Niger Delta and just type nonsense from their bedrooms in a faraway land.
The airforce jet to me is a single jet on reconnaissance, I even took two videos from Thursday and Friday.
Ps: don't even bank on that piece of heavy WWII junk metal, flying subsonic to Perform magic if it ever gets to that. Nice write up but Nigeria has supersonic jets the F7 and we will be receiving some JF17 soon. |
