he can't get it by the official price.
He doesn't need someone who has a passport, the immigration officers knows how to do it for him.

During the swearing in of Jonathan in 2011 Nigerian journalist were denied entry into the venue being used until the minister of information arrived and declined entering unless our own journalist are being allowed to enter.
If you can allow the foreign journalist to cover the swearing in even you should be able to allow them take their role during the election.

Ok d school I applied to like I mentioned is Montan university leoben bcus they're d only one who have my course in Austria (petroleum engrin ) tuition is abt 800 euro. U have some cheaper n even free tuition school it depends on ur course and level hope this helps

I can only take short courses in China....I don't think I can take degree course there.

degree is very much possible I applied should get my doc this week.
Then proceed with visa

Masters students for Nigerians I know are mostly on scholarship.

Their student visa is easy so far you have all necessary documents.
