I don't trust/like policemen, and I think it's okay not to trust/like their spouses too.

I was travelling on Mon morning, just at the boundary between Abia/AKS...some randy policemen stopped us. First it was particulars - after the driver explained it's an official car and they rarely move about with particulars. He started complaining of the revolving light. Then he complained that the driver wasn't putting on his official uniform.

This took about 45mins, within those minutes - I watched them with so much disdain and anger, extort 100N from every single motorist. I didn't even know it was showing on my face, till one of them said I am looking @him like he's a monkey...

Probably her husband is even involved.

its not new! If a plane is under attack under Nigerian airspace and the news get across to the ATC , the ATC would pass the news across to the air force!
A terrorist attack is an attack on a country do you know how many plane flying that has been hijacked? Even Togo air force will know they would need to scramble their jets

Let me talk about racism;
I don't think racism is enough to stop you from going to a country you want provided it meets your standard. i think racism is everywhere, tho racism rate is differs from one country to another. Just do some intense research on the country.

I be woman o. Back to the matter, I've never heard of them escorting passenger planes. Maybe they have but I haven't heard of it yet. The whole essence of the post is taking responsibility. It's not just the armed forces. I brought up a point of emergency medical services. Do those work for the average Nigerian? Just very recently, somebody abandoned her baby on the road with a plaster across its mouth to prevent it from crying. Residents of the area looked on taking pictures. Nobody wanted to help because they didn't want to get into trouble/end up as suspects. It took authorities 6 good hours to get there... By that time obviously the child was dead. I don't understand why the lady couldn't just take the child to an orphanage or hospital. In a country where some women are begging and praying for children of their own.

escorting isn't something big... Most of this planes under escort are either having problem mid air.

Somebody should please buy Nokia phones for this op and mobilise him to sambisa ASAP

It's like you have previous (or present) experience about the 2 countries (Ukraine and Russia) and so, I'm also interested in knowing much better too.

In my own case, I am NOT going abroad to work while schooling so it makes it cool for me to go to any country to study (so far it is safe for Nigerians/blacks). Even if I go to London, I won't still work.

So my question is: PLEASE, IS IT SAFE TO LIVE AND STUDY in either UKRAINE or RUSSIA?

Im puting all time and energy into this...this is so i dont make a mistake.
Just that i saw a Uni in russia and i liked there curcriculum(and the Institution's degree also is globally valued) but then i just wanted to know if I Will be a safe in a country where ive seen a few complain about, in terms of the challenges they encountered while in the place regarding colour.

Russia I don't see anything wrong with the country.. Have got friends there but I heard racism rate is high there from Nairaland.
