Under 4 years, the Nigerian industry which did not exist before 2013 has so far built 7 different types of vehicles both for the domestic market and export.

When you think about it, that's impressive!
cool cool
Impressive. We need IFV's capability. I need a Nigerian company into missile defence systems maybe a huge amount on ToT will do.

And you are an expert on South African emigration laws??

It's been legally found that she does not qualify for diplomatic immunity!! So why try to argue about something you know nothing about?
You don't even know how to comprehend issues. Read the post again and see where I asked you to show me one place in your constitution that says so. I also talked about a standard procedure for immunity.

Chill boy. You don't get tired of unnecessary arguments?

She wasn't here on a official diplomatic visit......IMO she should at least be trailed!
Yes.. You don't have to be on an official /diplomatic visit to travel with a diplomatic passport.

Maybe you didn't read the part that says'

"Legal experts said she had come to South Africa for medical treatment to an injured foot, almost certainly invalidating her claims to diplomatic immunity."
She went in with a diplomatic passport remember? That's just some rubbish talk..

So far she went into that country with a diplomatic passport no shishi will be done. Just some noise making.

Legal experts have said she doesn't qualify for immunity. Apparently in SA it must be announced before entry into the country, and tabled in the government gazette first. They didn't do this with her. So technically she's a fugitive. But yeah, our government will find a way around its own rules.
What rules ? I guess they're trying to make the information look too controversial. I know of a guy in SA with a Nigerian diplomatic passport. Having such passport alone qualifies you for some immunity. You can't check his luggage, can't get arrested until immunity is revoked. That should be the same in SA as it is in most countries.

So obviously Grace Mugabe didn't enter SA without a diplomatic passport. She wasn't turned back on arrival means until the Zimbabwean government revokes her immunity before something big can be done except SA rules says different (if so, kindly point out to the law)

No one knows what's really happening. You know how things are on this continent, "brothers" help each other. She's going to leave SA, whatever red alert lie the government tells us.

But the Zim aircraft landing would be irrelevant if it landed. There are thousands of places to arrest her before she even sets foot on the tarmac.
What about her immunity? That means causing a diplomatic row.
Foreign AffairsRe: African Militaries/ Security Services Strictly Photos Only And Videos Thread by tdayof(m): 4:40pm On Aug 18, 2017
To the South Africans here. Just read about your red alert on Grace Mugabe. What happened to her diplomatic immunity?

Are you trying to say if the Zimbabwean govt has to send a presidential aircraft to take her out, you'll have the aircraft grounded?

Note : Diplomatic immutiny. You can't search the aircraft too.
Foreign AffairsRe: Police Put “Red Alert” On S.African Borders To Ensure Grace Mugabe Doesn't Flee by tdayof(m):
That woman has diplomatic immunity. Unless you want a diplomatic issue.

That police officer is obviously saying thrash. I am expecting nothing less from a police officer.

Even diplomats who are not wives of sitting presidents have raped, killed etc and got away with it. You need to know how powerful diplomatic immunity is.

The Zimbabwean govt can decide to send in a presidential aircraft to pick her up and the aircraft won't be checked. You also can't search a diplomatic vehicle. Same way the US government sneaked that Chinese guy out of China.

We should stop abusing the word abeg. No Nigerian company manufacture any car.. from Innoson to Proforce. Na assemblage all dey do.

CrimeRe: Lady Stripped And Beaten By Nigerian Soldier For Wearing Camouflage (Video) by tdayof(m): 6:25am On Aug 17, 2017
MadCow1:
Why is this Camouflage thing still a Law in this Nation? How is this considered appropriate in a nation of civilised people?

I have seen photos of Senator Dino wearing a Camouflage and Governor Fayose wearing camouflage and nobody harassed them. Why is it okay for the people in Government positions to break the law and the citizens can't? I remember that even during the Military regimes, driving an Army Green car irrespective of the make was grounds for harassment. Isn't that just foolish?

The law states that wearing any part of the uniform of an officer (Military or Para-military) is an offence. So technically wearing a black trouser can be taken to be wearing a police uniform. Or wearing a Navy blue trouser taken as wearing part of the uniform of the Air force. Same for White trousers and the Navy.

I really hate when these Biafran Agitators refer to Nigeria as a Zoo but when shiit like this is still happening, one can't help but see their point.

Simply make impersonation a crime and leave it at that. Anything beyond that is foolishness.
Go and check the nigerian constitution again. It's not a crime for someone like Fayose .
