I have an elder brother who graduated 6 years ago with a first class in electrical engineering, he obtained his msc from Ukraine, since then he has been less fortunate with jobs, all efforts to nail a good job prove abortive. He is underpaid where he is working now as programmer. my issue now is,i was shortlisted for NCS documentation and I'm not planning to take the job,I don't know if it will be possible to give him my credentials to embark on NCS screening since it is not doctored? the guy in question looks so much alike with me and studied the same profession with me, would it be possible for him to take over my position without affecting him in the service since I have moved on for something else.

Your experience might not be what this people will follow. I don't know why we all try to discourage others. Documentation is done after the work is given.

Screening of document is different from documentation. Check dictionary. Documentation is when your papers are being filed and entered into a computer with the sole aim of approval for work.

This is not all those corrupt ways of recruitment that they have adopted over the years. This is a new system. Work is gotten already. They would have shortlisted more than 10k people to start running and doing rubbish. But this like NDLEA is just the numbers required that was shortlisted.

NDLEA shortlisted last month and requested everyone to go for screening and documentations immediately. So what does that means. Same will go for Custom. we have left the era of all those corruptions.
