Anyway, at OP, the account holder(the person that transferred to you) might be a fraudster, or received a fraudulent inflow into his own account and the bank traced how the money was spent to your account.

The best way it can be resolved is to refund the money since you don't have the sender's contact details unless, your account will remain restricted.

Meanwhile, you can also call GTconnect to be more clear about the fraudulent transaction.
