I am imploring the honorable members of this house to derive a theory and possibly explanation on why others from Kaduna are paid 6k but I got 3k.

Which means that its likely that there is already a grouping among applicants and this is to say those that collected compensation are one category and the other group without compensation are second category. If they start sharing APL, I'm sure one group has the APL,Moreover the APL sharing is taking place in another recruitment stage and can't be combined with compensation activities which is part of the interview stage. I'm afraid those without compensation has the APLs to themselves

Here's what I wrote earlier.

Nothing significant that has not been heard already.

I spoke to someone (one of my rich toasters huhu) who USED TO work with NNPC he rose through the ranks before leaving for a private oil company.

Same information. He said he spoke to someone who WORKS IN THE GMDs office (high up) about me (I went for the interview) the guy said its ABOVE HIM. I only called him to confirm if my name was on the list but he said he can't see anything it's very confidential. He said I should pray because my state is competitive. Imagine someone working in the GMDs office saying its above him.

Other things he said:
- It's apparently 80% merit 20% politics.
- He spoke to the guy after the Salah break and he told him to expect the letter end of this month.
- They're taking people more from "technical" roles. I'm not sure what that really means. I studied Social Science so I'm not among.
- I didn't ask about TF and APL because he won't know and I'll just look stupid asking about una nairaland theories.

It's nothing I haven't heard here a thousand times. Please don't ask for my state o. Ya girl is trying to stay anon.

Good evening all, it's funny nobody is talking about setting their people up, that friend that served as a support for you in school, fund his business idea, set your siblings up, your upfront is a capital to birth many businesses, if am right a GT was talking about getting a car, baba, fund a side hustle that requires little of your presence to flourish, or do you prefer always giving your close pal money when they ask, or some of us may even blank out on our people, someone was calculating 3 years upfront. Did you hear of the guy who said here that he lost his friend whom they attended interview together, do you know it is possible you get the APL and not resume at the Towers, death, accident, disease, fail medical, other reasons (this would not be our potion)? Pls let's all stay humble and stay guided.
GTs most especially, if you get the APL, tread cautiously, that's when you even need to pray more, so many destinies are tied to the fulfilment of your destiny for them to come to life, imagine if dangote lived like a huspuppy or pretty Mike with the first 1 million he made, he Wunt be touching and impacting life so much, talkless of being Africa's richest today.

@mosgoon, I strongly believe Jarus must have heard about this recruitment cancellation and wouldn't' come here to say anything because of the sensitivity of the issue. I was called toxic for quoting my source. Mind u I got this info from someome close to the GMD during their trip to mecca. I still maintain all we have to do is pray because the reality of things is that recruitment will be through the back door just like CBN. Ask your friends with reliable sources they have started sending in their Cvs. Cheers.

Did you make call to your "source" after getting paid?
If you did, what was the atmosphere on the phone like or what exactly did your "source" say?

It is very very possible. Remember, your scores are inputed to the system immediately after you leave the panelists.
We all know how Programmes work. If the cutoff is 60, and they program if X < 60 pay compensation else end of.
I’m not a programmer lol. Just basic C knowledge.
But it’s very possible

in this NNPC recruitment, have you been paid Tfare?

I was interviewed on the 10th of July, got my TFare on the 12th of July (Just about 2 days interval!) - EH, CBT (Rivers). The whole stuff is shrouded in mystery, I must say.

I have been monitoring this thread for a while now with all the hypothesis and theories flying around...
I even had to create a new moniker to avoid casting becos of how legit the information I'm about to drop is...
1.there is no correlation between apl and tfare reimbursement although some people might not get the tfare and apl due to some error in account details and processing...those affected should reach out to nnpc for their money
2. Expect notification of success in the interview from this week after sallah break
3. The recruitment is a massive one and therefore a lot of candidates with scores all round will be recruited
4.competition is solely on a discipline and state level.
