Yes, I am in for it. But one thing i am sure of is that I will never again support this foooolish set of people in politics recycling there generation for political positions and jumping from one hell fire to another in the name of decamping. If the youth cannot come together in the spirit of strength and vigour, then I should work my way to become a president. Since it seems we are yet to see the peak of this colossal failure by the old and frailed generation. |
Nothing has worked under this government. Things have only gone worse. The wicked shall know no peace. |
I am unrepentantly sorry, Buhari has depleted the use of the word failure! |

When he said "The Bible tells us how good and pleasant it is when God's people live together in unity. We must speak our minds openly, debate our disagreements honestly, but always pursue solidarity. When America is united, America is totally unstoppable. There should be no fear. We are protected and we will always be protected. We will be protected by the great men and women of our military and law enforcement. And most importantly, we will be protected by God" |
Stunning will be too much |
No one has really cared to show us the pictures of the section of the bridge undergoing construction. Lies everyday. And all the accidents that have been happening monthly on that bridge before now are also caused by spiritual construction work i guess. Drivers on the road are just careless and are never mindful of safety. |
idupaul:Now according to you, which one should i believe, his self or hisself? |
idupaul:Correct yourself |
Thats my Gov. Every other state in Nigeria is welcomed to learn how we are achieving this fit. 10 years from now, no state will achieve this much 20 years from now, the closest state will make a giant stride. Other states will understand after half a decade. |
Pls close the earport, I am not airing anything good from this government. ![]() |
EvangelistNdudi:You ehn! You must be smart, how did you know? ![]() |
EvangelistNdudi:My nairaland account was hacked. I don't post such ![]() |
Neddstark:What would you have done differently when it comes to your successor? I modified the other post The Lagos state government collects tax from the Pastors for the sale of their intellectual properties and other stream of incomes. In fact there is a religious unit in Lagos state internal revenue service. So tell other state governors and not PMB to tax Pastors. Its Personal Income Tax and only state government collects that. |

Adeboye could have handed over to one of the Chief Ushers, will that satisfy you? |

And then the usefully useless fellows will come over here to support him with this mumu response. All the thieves both in this administration and in the past administrations, the judgment of the people and ultimately the judgment of God awaits You. |
Kay has got more sense than Freeze (without the Daddy), he failed a simple test, can you adopt one of the Chibok girls just like you have been telling pastors? He went for his dad and grand pa. The question is can you take such a person serious? #joker |

Nonsense announcement |
ok happy day |
eph12:Ok no problem, since you are not getting it. And you are the only one here not agreeing to that part. Note the following I wrote - Normal things people do to enjoy life (politicians steal, don't they? Are they not enjoying life with the stolen wealth) (Armed robbers kill/injure and enjoy their proceeds?) (Lawyers lie, don't they? Don't they enjoy the life of their head?) (Church goers lie, steal, kill etc; Muslims lie, steal, kill etc), homosexuality, fornication etc. These are the things people do normally. It's the access to the each one that differs. People with arms can easily kill when infuriated. Thank God for laws to reduce these excesses. Good life is relative, and for your information some people find accomplishment in killing. And note this "the devil hath only come to steal, to kill and to destroy ". That's its joy, to him and his followers that's the good thing of life to them. And his followers can be a so called Christian, so called Muslim or anyone. Enjoying life to u might not be to kill and steal, but it is to others. Simple. |
eph12:Remember very well that this is not an independent write up, it is a response to someone's post. Who believes that every one deserves enjoying life, including a pastor. So, the list compares everyone whether you are a Christian or not. Read the post again and understand the analogy i established. With no particular reference, I only appealed to the guys sense of reasoning. Got it? |
eph12:It is the list of things that give people satisfaction. So enjoying life is having those things and having them repeatedly. |
I was going through this thread https://www.nairaland.com/3512698/does-nigerian-pastor-truly-need And one particular post caught my attention. My response below vizkiz:Hello sir, you fall my hand. You know why I am typing this late? Because I had to read the bible before responding. A pastor should not suffer but a pastor should also sacrifice. What's the role of the musician? to entertain his or her audience for money. The role of a politician, to deceive the masses using the law or so to make money. A millionaire? To invest wisely or risky wisely to make money. For all these people there is no categorical guiding principle or specific role model. All are subjective and depend on individual's view and exposure. But when it comes to a Pastor, there is a guiding principle-the bible, there is a role model-Jesus, and there are lights to guide him-the disciples. Jesus advocates a modest life, and this is evidenced by his conducts in the bible. The disciples set an incredible example for us, they broke bread together and they shared everything in common. Truly the pastors cannot be stopped from making their money, but will they be able to share it in common with the church. And don't forget that the church is particularly set up to cater for members welfare; physical and spiritual. Again going by your analogy, "being a pastor does not mean you shouldn't enjoy life", I want to agree with you, and you will also agree with me that "being a Christian does not mean I should not do the normal things people(millionaires, politicians, Muslims, atheists, Hinduist,) do. That means I can lie, steal, kill, get drunk, fornicate, sexuallise, sleep with animals, commit suicidal acts and continue to leave an uncontrolled life. Since all these are part of enjoying life. I totally agree with you that following in the footsteps of pastors, members should enjoy life to the fullest maximum. Thanks |

Nonsense, sensational news! There is no where in that pics that voters are collecting snacks. As if we hv not been to a polling unit before. This could be party officials distributing refreshment to party agents from one polling unit to another. I was an adhoc staff where a voter simply brought some packs of premium water for us. It's called civic responsibility. |

A 25-year-old woman, Motunrayo Ayebiwo, on Thursday emerged the best overall Higher National Diploma (HND) student at Yaba College of Technology, Lagos for the 2014/2015 session. Ayebiwo, one of the 7,102 graduating students, won the college award with a Cumulative Grade Point Average of 3.74 at the School of Technology. The graduate told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Lagos that she dedicated the award to her parents for their love and support during the period of her studies. She said although it was difficult for her at some point to pay her tuition fees due to her father’s poor financial status, she was able to accomplish her goal. “Throughout the two years, I was coming from home to school because my father cannot afford to pay for hostel accommodation but today, the end has justified the means. “I thank God for this award and for seeing me through this stage of my life because many were called but few were chosen. “In the course of our two years sojourn in the college, my great lecturers impacted in us knowledge that has positioned us to be able to face greater challenges in life. “We have been taught to strive for excellence in all we do. “We have equally acquired the ability to adapt and excel even in the face of difficult situations. “No wonder students often jokingly refer to the school as Yaba College of ‘Tension’, but today, I say it is a college of excellence,” Ayebiwo said in her valedictory speech. She added: “We have learnt from our great lecturers not only to excel academically but also to be worthy in character. “Today we can raise our heads proudly and declare boldly that we are prepared to make great change not only in our country but throughout the world”. Miss Precious Udom, another female student from the same department, won the overall best in the National Diploma category. Other winners included Oluwatobi Olayade, overall best HND student, School of Engineering, Miss Ngozi Igwe, overall best HND student, Food Technology and Miss Ruth Ayoade, best overall National Diploma student, School of Liberal Studies.
