The main problem is availability. Most of the refrigerant in our market are impure, hence cool poorly.

My current build (personal) have an existing foundation that has been sandfilled and compacted. We just made few modifications, introduce starter columns in some critical areas and proceed to DPC.

How does the starter columns work??

Do they have to dig the foundation again??

Cos i had this kind of issue and the Engineer is saying we should just do a german floor and we would be find to start up.

Stone Dust posses some properties of granite and functions similarly.

Stone dust is much more stronger than sharp sand because of the properties it's posses. In fact, when rain and sun comes in contact with stone dust mixture, it becomes even stronger as the day goes by.

It is equally more expensive to use than sharp sand. You must note that too...

Oga the truck i drive, I'm only allow to operate within ajah, Chevron, sangotedo, mostly within Island.

You cannot transport sand from ajah to arepo, the cost will be too much.

you can find sand within your area, or owode, oworo, ogudu.

I'm not here to do supplyer job, they are in association, once they report u, they will force truck owner to take the truck away from you.

Checkitout tone means alot, you cannot do my job, i cannot do ur job. If only u know the meaning in this business.

So much so that my original idea to only build my estate with stone dust blocks was shelved. The artisans had a tough time running pipes and whatnots in the Welcome Center that I built from stone dust blocks.

Oga mi, I knew that o. I was just joking, as you can see my smiley face. We actually used a good mix with only stonedust and granite with enough cement, no any type of sand is used. I trusted Aventures with the supervision and he built the house anyway. And actually, it's my residential building, few cars will be parked there as I still use bicycle (not motorcyle) to sit cruise around with EgunMogaji whenever I am on ground.

I told him the person involved do not want “they told me to tell you” kinda arrangement and would like to work directly with the driver.

My contact in Berger just confirmed 7.5tons is 25k, 13tons is 35k, 15tons is 40k. I hope you not speaking from Ilaje sand field... Berger sand more of better quality than others.

I think cost of moving the item to where it is required is the main issue..

But where sand is been sold, 13.5 tons of payloader sold for 33k, will fill that truck to capacity.

Maybe the 30 tons in Berger is different. I know my Mack truck will load 30 tons in Berger Sand almost 3 times.

the red truck in the middle is the china truck i am talking about,is on queue in Berger Ajah.

The payloader you see in this picture is what they use to sell the sand in Berger Ajah

The 30tons language is what supplier's use to sell to end user.

Which means the red truck is about 15 tons thereabout.

Your transportation for china truck is way too much, china truck will charge u 80k to deliver within sangotedo from quarry.

If you have good road, you can use mack trailer to deliver for 60k.

China truck itself is 13.5 capacity.

And its sold for 3300+1500 gate total 34500, are you now charging 35500 naira for delivery to a site in sangotedo?

China truck driver charges between 15k to 20k depends on negotiation. Are you now trying to make 20k or more in each supply?

That's greediness
