Whatever your body is able to accept, take more of it and rest as much as possible. You'll be fine. I personally don't know of anything you can take to improve morning sickness; other mommas might know.

Hello mommas, please I am 8 weeks gone but since I knew. I have been dealing with fatigue, headache, body pains most especially stomach pain (inu rirun in Yoruba language). No food goes well with me except I took small quantity and I will still be hungry. If I take normal size, I wouldn't get myself until I vomit it. Please mommas, help me.
N.B: I am a 3rd time mum but this is my first time of experiencing morning sickness

Hello mama's, please is it normal for baby to feel restless whenever she wants to sleep? My baby is a month and one week old but anytime she is ready to sleep, she will be grunting and twisting her body even when breastfeeding her until I back her.

I gave birth to my handsome Prince on 20th May at exactly 8:20pm through vagina delivery with plenty of tears weighing 2.9kg after about more than 12 hours of labor.
May the God of perfection who has done it for me and other mamas surely deliver our remaining mothers in prefect conditions.
BTW, my labour was rigorous and painful as hell maybe because it was my first time therefore, I'll be dropping my BS much later.

So sorry my BA is coming in jus now. Had my baby girl on sat 7th of may via emergency C's. It was a traumatic experience. God literally saved me. I'l give a detailed bs wen I feel much better.

First off, I want to wish us a happy new month and Ramadan Kareem to our Muslim sisters, may we all have reasons to be grateful to God Almighty always.

However, congratulations to our porters to April, we are glad you all gave birth successfully and we are thankful to God Almighty that both mothers and babies are alive, healthy and bouncing in the Lord's blessing. May your joy never be cut short in Jesus might name.

Consequently, I am glad we had new mamas register with us teamperfection therefore we are happy for the lord has increased us in every aspect of our lives. Father Lord, we thank you for the journey thus far because it is not by our power nor might that we have come to the month of perfection but for your mercy and favor that you have shown us, accept our thanksgiving in Jesus mighty name. Though it seemed far(at least for me), you gave us live, strength, courage and every other things necessary for easy waddling.

Therefore, my May mamas I say a big congratulation in advance to us all because our testimonies are permanent and people shall rejoice with us in Jesus mighty name. At this juncture, I believe our hospital bag must have been packed and ready in preparation for the arrival of our little ones. Please let's also endeavor to put things in other, like finalizing our leave(for both civil and private employees), start exercising for easy delivery and oh yes we can now eat fruits and foods that aids easy birth( like eating pineapple, dates, zobo, drinking ewedu or okra) whether it works or not I don't think there's harm in trying it.

Lastly, like we've professed, there shall be no loss amongst us(amen). Mothers and babies shall come out alive from the hospital in Jesus mighty name and no death shall be recorded afterwards. I want to use this medium to thank all my teamies, you have made this cappo work easy for me with your contributions, suggestions and availability, therefore I say thank you very much and I'm honored to be amongst you especially being a first time mom. To everyone (our experienced mamas) who have contributed immensely on this thread and made(still making) it easy for us all, may the good Lord grant you your heart desires in Jesus name. We are also using us all as a pint of contact for every woman seeking for the fruit of the womb that God in His infinite mercy will visit them soon and they also shall share their testimonies and we all will rejoice with them in Jesus name.

Team May and other Sabi mama's, Please what can causes sharp pain by left side of my tummy anytime baby kick. Even if I lay down on my right, mere turning to the left side I feel the sharp pain.

Nipple cleaning helps to open up the pores in preparation for breastfeeding, It can be done from 36 weeks.
To clean the nipples, apply olive oil or coconut oil to the nipples and the blackbarea around the nipple and leave for 10 minutes before cleaning with a towel. Some black stuffs will be falling off. Do it from time to time

Amen oooo teamie, the little consolation on the heat here is that though it's very hot at night, the weather starts changing at dawn and it gets a little bit cold...

For the nipple cleaning, you can start at 37 weeks, clean with cotton wool and olive oil.

My team May mamas, my tired is tired ooooo. To turn on bed na war and this heat is not helping matter at all. Infact this third trimester came with gbas gbos. May Allah grant every pregnant women safe delivery(Aameen)

u c throwing up is part of sm preggy mamas packages n totally normal, just take enof fluid to replace d amount of fluid u ve lost in ur system but u c dt fainting pls go check d level of ur blood... U probably hv very low blood level which u need to take care of immediately.

There were times I felt restless both at home and at work. There were time I felt like putting my hands in my throat so I could throw up cos that was the only thing that made me feel better and once I threw up, I would be normal... Do you feel okay after throwing up or the restlessness continues?

Also check you PCV for that fainting something to be on the safe side

No... U shldnt b worried... It mayb u ve an anterior placenta or ur baby is facing ur bk which may lead u to feel less of baby movement/kicks.. D more baby grows d more u feel baby movements intensifies... When nxt u go 4 scan, ask d sonographer d positn of d placenta n where d baby is facing... Ask whether d baby is facing ur stomach or facing ur back.. His ans will mk u less worried.

What of someone with posterior placenta? I don't feel the kick yet but only movement.

I had my first at Ayodele (Jonathan Coker road). Highly proficient Doctors, Nurses are equally proficient BUT they rarely wear gloves to take blood samples. I showed them pepper- I mean dont touch me without wearing gloves.Reception people no get sense- they act like demigods; very nasty. If you are not on hmo; please flee..too expensive It's like general hospital in terms of crowd; pregnant women fight every Saturday after antenatal classes whilst waiting to see the Doctor*lol*. They have alot of pregnant women client...asides these small small nonsense; its a very good place to do antenatal and give birth. There's a private ward as well; was 5k per night. I loved loved the privacy it gave.
General hospital ifako ijaye is good..mean staff(buy a carton of malt to appease their chi) ward aide determines if and when you'll see the Dr. Crowd is madttt.
Agege General Hospital is equally good. Less crowd.The problems here are mosquitoes and no light which is a general menace;imo- last I heard tho.

Ifako ljaiye is very good. Booking is on fridays, their wahala is a bit much but their doctors and nurses are very good. I had my 2 kids there and I can recommend them anytime, anyday
