Awwww, forgive me bro the Xeon firwmware is not for C7 ( hope u havnt started downloadin yet) I really cant say, concerning C7, Belle and Tv out but i feel a new fresh firmware should do u good. U can get one Via Navifirm and flash like u did previously.
NB: u can try to Format the phone (*#7370#) and test your TV out once more before porting the new firmware into your device. Dont format the device until u'v made up your mind and ready to flash tshe firmware to your device, formattin might not be the problem and u might just lose all your data for nothing, so be ready to flash before testin out the format code stuff. U Cant really upgrade right now with pc suite cos you are currently on Belle firmware, which is the current update that Nokia provides as of now. U can either download a new firmware from NAVIFIRM or betterstill, use any of those firmwares released by popular modders (Xeon, Aminking or Taylor). I personally recommend Xeon belle version 4 (111.040.0904) U ll definitely like it cos it is was the leaked Belle fp1 version for N8 (which is now released officially and tagged "Belle REFRESH" dunno if it s available for upgrade in Nigeria yet though)

Visit wap.2go.im with your NOKIA PHONE BROWSER and download 2go version for ''NOKIA N80'' (not N8) ..The normal version for N8 doesnt produce a good potrait view but that of ''N80'' works better.

Sometimes an uncompleted firmware do appear on Navifirm and might contain some bugs. Seen some users complain about the TV Out issue with belle update.sorry bro but u might have to reflash your phone with a different BELLE firmware for your TV Out to work properly.

U dont have to set TV out as default before it detects the connection to the TV bro. things hav changed a lil' with Belle Unlike Anna. The Phone will automatically select the microphone mode if the TV couldnt be detected when u plug in a cable to the 3mmJack.
There might be 2 possible reasons for your devices not detecting your TV,
1. U r not connecting properly
2. Firmware Bug.

I wont say your cable is bad cos u once used it with Anna and it works, but I need to be sure if you connected your phone propely. Now do this;
Go back to settings-Phone-Accessories and select HEADPHONES ( u can select any other ones of your choice apart from MUSIC STAND,TEXT PHONE CAR KIT)
Switch your TV on and make sure it is in AV mode
Connect the cable to your phone and TV respectively
Make sure the device dectects and shows an accessory plugged in (an earphone at least)
with the cable still connected, switch your phone OFF, the back On and waith for it to boot into standby
Now u should have your Phone content on your TV
If u still dont get any result, then the bug is from your firware updgrade..
NB: please make sure ur cable is ok and that the VIDEO/Yellow cord is correctly connected to the Video-In (Yellow) part of the TV.

use the soft format code *#7370# to restore your phone. This will completely erase all the phone content leaving the preset factory apps (unlike the format method u just used) Note that this will erase everythin u ever had on the device leaving it just the way u bought it. U can be sure of a perfect device after that. Enjoy.

Do connect your cable to the TV first before connecting to the phone i.e plug to AV cord (Yellow, Red white) to the TV then to the phone's headphone jack. u gonna be fine.

Sir pc: Thanks for your contributions. But pls, what i meant is the price E6 fairly used is sold here in Nigeria markets and if the phone has any dissadvantages or faults comparing to other phones.

E6 is very nice and u gonna luv it. i haven't seen anyone complaining about it Lately. The only disadvantage is Tiny touchscreen (but you have a physical qwerty anyway) and u might go through some stress when searching for a specific Game compatible with E6 due to its screen size, but that aint really a big prob though. It s safer u try getting a new one.

Lol. Bro this is why I say u need som practicals. There is a big difference between porting an OS meant for anoda device and downloading a LEAKED OS for your own device. When nokia are done with making a firmware but hasnt decided a date for its release & it appears on Navifirm. This is termed LEAK! now use ur IQ to differenciate that between porting a difference OS over another. I dont blame u as well, your first OS update was FP1, just 40mb, otherwise u should know Upgrading from one OS to the other means downloading a huge data. The only difference is Nokia suite is automatic while flashing is manual, they use dsame huge downloaded firmware data. At least The manual one comes in a zip achive so u download less amount of data when u do it manually. U need to be flogged makin dat statement with your said experience concernin smartphones U are more of a basic user who claims to know all just because he reads so much blogs without even puttin dem to practise. Quote me wrong, YOU HAVE NEVER USED A CFW SO WHY THE LIES?, u dont even have the balls to do it, be sincere.

C: & E: are both phone memory, just a partition. 701 has 8gb on board memory, this 8gb is partitioned/Divided into 4 drives, C: (UDA) D: (RAM/Data management) E: (Mass Memory) ( Z: (ROFS/Flash Memory) . each of these drive partitions shares the same 8GB on the circuit board, C: & E: are the 2 user available storage partition, On 701, C: has 400mb disk space & E: has 6.3GB... while N8 has 250mb & 14.7GB on C: & E: respectively. Now use ur intelligence, Why should an N8 user who has 14.7GB space on E: worry about 250MB on C:? Unlike u, a 701 user who isnt so Happy using up ur 6.3GB and decided to impose anger on C: memory .
And again, only a Novice asks how to increase a C: memory, If u have really used a CFW, then u should know ALL NOKIA PREINSTALLED APPS GOES TO "C:" That is why u normally have almost half of the C: memory used up. This is why A new N8 originally has 125Mb free of 250mb memory on C: .. This only applies to Original Nokia firmwares cos on Custom Firmwares, U have about 210MB+ free space on N8 cos all preinstalled apps like (Maps, Social etc) have been moved to Z: which leaves more space on C:.. about 210+ Mb or more free space ! I believe CFW users can testify to that (CFW users where una dey, come testify o abeg.
I have nothing really on C: except for my antivirus, i only decided to put the leaked Nokia maps suite of 808 (about 53MB) on my C: so it wont just be useless, that drops my C: to 147MB from previous 201MB free (I ll gladly provide u screenshots if u want one ). This post really shows how much u really know nothing about CFWs as well as Memory divisions, at least now that u know why N8 default C: is 125Mb & How to get it up to 210MB, u can go reply those answering questions regarding how to increase their C:

Anna, Belle, Belle Fp1.. it has always been appearing on Navifirm, Google that if u dont know what it means. Spend 1 week with a cool CFW & tell me if u wanna go back to the original. I cant believe u, of all people could say CFW are unstable, with your rate of reading blogs.lol. this is why i say, Try Some Practical aspects of this stuffs beore u argue. there are so many makers of CFW, these guys makes this stuffs just for their own taste, u might use it & dislike it and say Hey!
