I believe you are still trying to get your lives together so u are not stable financially yet, it is ma-d-ness when you start feeding extra 5 mouths alongside your family in this country's current situation. 16k per day on meals only approx 480,000 to feed in a month without the support of either women cos they are jobless? U will wound soon except of course if u are a th.ief. Infact that is even enough for some to buy land in some areas before they start a building project little by little. Assuming u are a close friend or brother, i would have known what to say to you. grab your balls, sit your wife down and talk to her like a real man, know what her dreams/imagination for you, herself and your children are.. I am so sure u both lack communication in your marriage, otherwise there should have been a mutual understanding of her sis coming to stay with your own family in a room an parlour. The fact that she just showed up without your knowledge tells a lot about you and your marriage. If u keep living your life this way while your wife shows nonchalant attitude towards your pocket, finance and your general livelihood/convenience , then i am afraid for you, u might find it hard to leave the same life position u are after all the years. Pelicanmedia:Yes. Perfectly ok. U might not always be lucky calculating your fuel this way because of the differences in the road you ply. For instance, traffic and bad road will make you use more fuel compared to a smooth road with less/no traffic. |

Car handles well but i slam on brake, it pulls to the right side. Took it to the mechanic, i remember he removed the right front and back tyres and hit the joints/suspension or something with a rod (i actually didnt pay attention cos i thought he doesn't know what he was doing) funny thing is we tested the car and i never experience it ever again. My guess is, something wasn't alligned or probably in place. Definitely not your ball joint as it only happens when u press the brake pad. |

The distance between Akure to Ore is a bit above 80km. Consider the fact that you might come across traffic around Adeyemi College of Edu. while passing through Ondo town (I always do) Based on my own usage, Camry 2.2 (Pencil/Fishlight) takes about 20L to and fro. I don't get it. Why will you pay any sum of money to people whom you have never met for a car you have not seen on a site that isn't trusted? GAZZUZZ:This is so damn true. I was on my way to work one morning and immediately i got to the highway, vehicle started behaving as if i was revving. Like seriously? I just worked on that gear. I managed to park at the side of the road and i was just about to blast the Gear mechanic on phone when i noticed somethin unusual.. Putting the car on drive, speedometer moves and i hear some funny noices from the front wheel areas. Then i turned the steering, put the gear in drive again to check what was happening under the wheel... Oboy, na one iron dey roll there o. lol. Called my mechanic and told him my shaft was out. I knew if i had mistakenly called the gear repairer, he would definitely tell me about one thing or the other that has to be fixed in the gear. |

fk001:Gear works perfectly well. The thing is, local gear mechanics are only doing a guess job based on their experiences working on few gears. Sometimes before you get the actual problem, you would have been made to throw different parts whuch will cost u a lot. Sometimes you ll realise you might have spent almost the same amount of money for a new gear or even more. You are not even sure how long the new part that eventually work will last since they might be substandard or might have gone through wears and tears Secondly, gear isn't something you could test run before you mount it on the car, when it gets mounted and doesn't work, you bring it down again.. so, stripping the gear, coupling, bringing it down, putting it in the car... My brother, if u were present, u ll know the method puts lots of wears and tears on the whole mechanism. That's why u might end up spending much more. The best is getting a new gear that you can guarantee it's functional. Except if u know u have a competent mechanic who knows exactly where to go and solve the problem at once. 2 Likes |

lol. This one is serious o. Pushing a sick vehicle is a stress on its own. Now entangling yourself with a seat belt while pushing it is another case. Imagine trying to port quickly into the vehicle to press the brake pedal during the push then the seat belt locks and drags your neck back while trying to open the door. The kind funny and embarassing scenario ehh! Pray you dont get strangled by your own seat belt if it rolls down the slope/street faster than you. Your shout for help will be perplexing. 1 Like |

Oyeniyi001:No noticeable sounds changes or unusual noice after ringing. What kind of Noise though? Could it be a knocking sound or probably an exhaust leaking sound? If the right pistons, rings are used, all moving parts laid correctly and tightened with the right bolts as well as the timing is set correctly, then your engine should come out like new and should sound perfect, except of course something is not right which means your mechanic didnt do a good job. Till i sold the car, engine was going strong, quiet and perfect. |

Its suicide. The stup.i.dest thought anyone could ever think of is to feel "IT IS AN AUTOMATIC, U CAN EASILY GRASP THE DRIVING SKILL IN 2 DAYS AND DRIVE ON THE HIGHWAY AT 300KM.. 120KM/H...... More reason we have ass.holes and bloody fo.ols driving around today. They claim to be professionals 2. If them call driver now, this 2-Day self learning man.nerless do.nkey will raise his hands too . Na wah o.every professional driver knows there is more to driving than an automatic/manual gear. By the way u dont strike me like someone who has got intelligence whatsoever, rather u sound like a childish and restless stVpid young boy who has got a lot of fantasies running through his head. and No.. u didn't make that journey, u are not that calm to do so. Come on oga, u wont make some of the city driving not to talk of the highway. If u make an attempt, your poor steering grip and maneuvering, Amateur braking skill, poor coordination and zero experience will lead u into the bush at the slightest confusion. You wont only kill baby goat, You will crash on earth them go hear the sound in Mars and Jupiter my brother. I pray that won't be your portion. I like your fantasy, but don't confuse or complicate issues for those who are learning out there and probably thinking of attempting what you put up here. It's a guaranteed crash with injury or even straight death. If you have driven 900KM straight journey, then driving to your car buyer's destination will be a piece of cake.. Cokahot:Yeah i can testify to this. I have someone that has been using his own welded ball joint and it's been 2 years. No complains. I am not sure if it a good idea but i can say it works well. At least it gives peace of mind. I guess omeone will hav to re-visit the welder when changing the ball joint though |

Car was so smooth and i had to commend him on the way he takes care of the car, We were just talking about leg issue and he said exactly what you wrote above, we got to a U turn and right in the middle of it, viola! Leg pulled!! We blocked almost half of the road. So embarassing. That was just few hours ago before posting this. Just like i told him, i prefer the timing belt of it's competitor (Camry 01) snapping/cutting off to the Accord 01 leg pulling. |
