Hello all, your various contributions on this forum had been of immense benefits, so when a friend brought an issue to my notice I felt the best place to get other people's oppinion is here, the issue goes this way:
My friend's wife travelled outside the country a couple of Months back actually to deliver their baby, and she had since delivered and would not be back until December, however she left their little 4yrs old daughter behind with the husband.
It so happen that one of the neighbour in their house, though married with 3kids decided to assist the husband with the washing of the daughter's clothes, however the husband because of the associated stress of taking care of the little girl decided to send her to her sister to help take care of the daughter till the mother's return.
The issue here is that, since the daughter had relocated the neighbour then offered to be helping the husband with his dirty clothes with the consent of her husband and my friend obliged, but the wife got to hear this thru a family member whom my friend informed and pronto the wife called asking my friend to immediately suspend the giving of his cloth to the neighbour to wash calling my friend a traitor, that it could be a ploy to win over her husband, even the simple explanation that the neighbour's husband is informed about the issue without any secrecy involved would not assuage my friend's wife feeling of insecurity. Please nairalanders your wise counsel and suggestions is being sought on this issue. Should he continue or not. Thanx.

Yes it is possible for you to be expecting a hearing date and still be called to receive your visa. What would happened is that as soon as you get to the embassy you'll be asked to fill an appeal withdraal form if they've not filled it yet as you mentioned they've been to the embassy, they definitely would fill when next they visit.
They would issued their visas and the appeal withdrawal form would be sent to the tribunal.
Obviusly what had happened is that when the appeal paper got to the visa manager at the embassy they would have reviewed they ground of refusal by the clearance officer and found it not solid enough so what they've done is an administrative review. Meanwhile bravo, be expecting your relatives soonest.

It's quite obvious this friend isn't married yet and if so he is going to be really an irresponsible one. Your wife is not your maid that you are just going bark order an to her, in as much as you dont expect your wife to go out without informing you and ofcourse request your for permission, you are also not expected to burst out without a mutual agreement, that's what is called being responsible.thank you

okidoki, they seems to be lucky, things have started easing out. Learnt a BA flight departed lagos for heathrow or any suitable airport in the uK according to the airline yesterday.
The passenger onboard the BA flight had been forewarned that if the situation at heathrow is not conducive they may choose to land at any other suitable airport in the uk.

@noble you sound really funny, and I think the Royal air maroc is equally funny why do they airlift your person to cassablanca in the first place,. Guess you should try again I've checked out the site and it's really accessible, however it seems not to be of much help for prices they advertise you can get from the site, once you get there they said you have to call to get the price, wonder why they can't paste it on the site with a regular update as prices move.

Quite sorry to say this, but your intention sound a bit suspicious why are you willing to pay so much or just do anything just to get visa for a 2week holiday. You might as well try South Africa or Dubai. No harm meant pls.
