Mikocake:That's a plyometric exercise which is also beneficial.l would try that.l still think we should incorporate some form of cardio workouts like running, cycling, brisk walking etc to our regimen,for better blood circulation and general wellness. 1 Like |

I think some form of cardio exercise is also recommendable, though not everyday.Cardio is great for our cardiovascular health.Sprint for example has proven to help in reducing belly fat. |

You better live with your wife in Nigeria with this your mindset,if you expect such from a wife.However,wage disparity makes it impossible for feminism to thrive here,despite various policies for women emancipation.The dependency mindset of our women also makes it even harder. I can understand men from the west who go to countries like Thailand, Philippines to check for foreign brides but that won't change anything in the west because women rights are deeply entrenched in western culture. I disagree with you on videos that you say are taking down because of their stance on overweight women.No,there are many on YouTube. Sir,but you are supposed to follow and lead by the preachings and examples of Jesus.He didn't take any tithes and clearly stated that,he is the way,the truth and the life and no one goes to the father but through (his teachings and deeds)him.Why renege now when it comes to money? It's unfortunate that extra -marital affairs are breaking homes.Our women should understand that men generally find younger female body attractive.lt can be sometimes easy to find a man but ain't easy to keep him, especially when you lack certain qualities.Learn to be good in bed.lt is a skill that can be practiced.If your husband meets a younger lady that is better in bed,he might likely want to spend more time with her.Hygiene should not be overemphasized because most of you know that too well.No man wants to climb on a woman that doesn't smell good, so try watch your private properly before touching or intercourse.Most men also hate nagging and prefer agreeable women and would stay where they find solace.Fat and obesity is a total turn off for lots of men.Use the time you spend in a hair salon, doing your nails, watching or scrolling on social media and go to the gym.This would not only give you a fit and sexy body but would also improve your self -esteem, physical strength and cardiovascular health. |

I had thought Oyedepo could have used this opportunity to apologize to the young girl,he slapped a few years at his Church congregation.But then. Baba and Oyedepo are just their age and can barely walk properly and also not physical strong. I however, admire Baba's optimism considering the fact that most Nigerians don't live longer anyway.Most die in their early 50s.With consistent training and proper nutrition, most people can live past a hundred. |

Some years ago Oyedepo slapped a young girl at one of his large chuch gatherings at the full glare of the public.Despite public outcry,he never apologized to the young lady.He even went further to mock the critics and arrogantly stood firm to his sinful action.He just turned 70 and many congratulated him calling him a true man of God. 6 Likes 1 Share |

IAmHim1:I didn't get you at all.Some humans even in their 80 's still walk and participate in Marathon competitions and do strength training aswell.Maybe not in our country with our sedentary lifestyle which leads to low life expectancy.Japan for example has more than a 140 thousand centenarians and some walk and do their daily chores by themselves.America has that too.The blue zone countries has many of such people. I clearly stated that regular exercise is Key for a better health span and lifespan as we age. |

Lions don't live longer, do they? Only 16 years for female lions and 12 years for the male.Some humans do live past a hundred.Physical exercise like cardio and strength training are the most important biomarker to stay healthy and live longer as we age. |

Most people that travel all the way to Indonesia and other Asian countries understand the death penalty for drug trafficking but went ahead to do it. It's similar to most prostitutes that leave the country to sell their body and turn around asking for help when things turn sour .Sadly,that man might likely still go trafficking after his release as we have observed in alot of cases. |
