That's cool.We need an agile and physical fit person to lead.Nigerians die quite young with a life expectancy of 52 years.This is partly because of lack of physical exercises and wrong food choices.We need someone that will motivate the people by also getting involved in physical activities.We need zest and vitality in leadership and not a fragile person that falls repeatedly.

Yes, most men prefer skinny women.There are so many advantages to it both from the physical and mental standpoint..Most men that has been with a skinny woman and a fat woman would tell you they prefer the skinny ones.l will recommend you begin a workout classes.Talk to a personal trainer and dietitian to help you out so you don't injure yourself and stop your training.Good luck.

Fat is a turn -off.Just watching the extra layer of skin wobbling is just awkward.The protruded stomach is not attractive at all.Furthermore,the health problems and fat - related diseases like High BP, stroke, diabetes, gouts etc that comes from being fat are issues to consider.The agility and flexibility on the body is generally lacking for a fat person.If you are fat,whether a man or woman, do endeavour to make positive changes like eating less and exercise consistently.These would boost your self -esteem and wellness.There are tons of regimens to help most people stay fit and healthy.

Age is never an excuse and 70 isn't that too old.These are results of leading a sedentary lifestyle for too long.

Training both cardio and weight lifting is so enriching and rejuvenating.

Some form of physical exercise can be helpful.A consistent cardio and strength training is recommended to prevent the risk of many diseases like High BP, stroke, diabetes,obesity, dementia,etc.
A fat person that exercises regularly is relatively healthier and also likely to live longer than a thin person that doesn't.

Interesting!In order words,all those indigenous companies and billionaires are simply not paying enough taxes.l wonder how much they pay their employees? Furthermore,Onitsha is a commercial hub but enough revenue is not accrued from there for the state to run.Sad!

He is most likely to fall multiple times again if he does not begin to train on his balance and stamina.An overall fitness exercise is needed but l doubt if his advisers will inform him of the health benefits.He might have fractured his hip,joints,or bones from that recent fall and subsequent falls will affect his mobility and health seriously.

The general infrastructure like the inner roads,toilets, roofings,tables, chairs, beds etc at the public hospitals are so dilapidated.I wonder if there are maintenance funds set aside for some of these hospitals or someone is just looting everything.

Our people in diapora too are not left out.For example,72 % of black adults in the UK are either overweight or living with obesity.4 out of 5 black women in the USA are also in similar condition.These conditions are preventable with better diet and regular exercise.
