A few weeks ago four Nigerians were convicted of falsifying documents in the UK and now this one.No day passes without Nigerians being involved in one crime or the other.

This is extortion.How do you ever want to meet such in-laws and feel comfortable around them after such fleecing called marriage diaries.l guess after the traditional, they would calling for another nonsense and waste called white wedding.How any group would endorse and affirm such charade in this era is beyond comprehension.

You didn't add one of the most important cure or activities that can alleviate a mental issue like Alzheimer.
Consistent physical exercise like strength and cardio training is the most important.Strength, agility, flexibility etc are imperative as we age.Lack of it has been linked to Alzheimer disease.

How is he agile?He walks rather slow.Some at that age can sprint, walk fast and do other physical exercises.
We can reverse aging if we take care of our health and fitness and it does not require much finance or any social status at all.Just change of lifestyle.
