This is the argument a LIEING tenq uses to validate a false claim that Bilal was enslaved to Prophet Muhammad and not doing what he was happy to do haven said to Abu Bakr he wanted to be engaged in acts of Jihad rather than be a slave.
In the act of calling others to pray and a means towards their individual and collective good Bilal had performed a great act of Jihad. Indeed for all that hearken to this call and pray , Bilal is rewarded.
