What evidence would suffice is not it. It's what you can demonstrate to be factual that enables you to know something as a matter of fact not an opinion. Quite easy. So you should be able to demonstrate that the Earth was indeed created, that it was created by a single creator and not multiple creators, and that this single creator is not Humbaba.
