Well, some can be and some can not.

The Command for Creation, can't be violated because there are beings that carry out God's Command without any hesitations. The Command "Be" can't be violated as the creation around you is a testament for that.

As for God's Will, He Alone knows it safe what He has communicated of it to us humans thru His Prophets.

The Commandments which in it's true interpretations ought to have read " Laws/Ordinances" are what we as Free willed Creations can go against.
