Giannakopoulos: Do you think the Company that gives the contract to the outsourcing firms would allow an outrageous cut in staff salary. Everything is agreed by the company and the outsourcing firm and the company being the client in my opinion has the better say. Outsourcing firms can't slash salaries on their own. I once worked with a company that provides security services, before the operatives (guards) are being paid, the company removes about 60-65% of the money paid by the people they're rendering the service to. |

Giannakopoulos: I don't agree totally with you. The company needs outsourcing firms first because they want to pay a lesser amount to some staff compared to that of a full staff(ie minimize cost to increase ROI) and also do not want to pass through financial stress of sourcing for the right candidate, interviews and documentation.Outsourcing firms being your employer and your manager has to get a percentage for their job as well & the percentage is not as big as you feel. I hope this is helpful. I understand you, but concerning that percentage ish, trust me I know what I'm talking about. |

I hate outsourcing firms, they make the contracted staff look like slaves. How can a company be paying #200k and the outsourcing firm would slash the money by more than half and be paying you around #70k, is that not wickedness? |

hedonistic: Sometimes I just feel like blurting out how daft most of you women are. A person tries to speak sense into your empty skulls and all you can do is play the senseless gender equity card.
If a desirable (successful) young man is sleeping around, but ends up proposing to your dumb ass, how would the public react? They would all shout that you're lucky to BAG him... That you're lucky he chose you out of all the many girls you KNOW he was fucking around with.
On the other hand, if a beautiful girl who is widely known to be a promiscuous slut decided that she is ripe for marriage, which guy who knows her antecedents would marry her? And if she manages to catch one idiot who doesn't know about her sexploits, what would the public say? That he is a fool for marrying a slut like you! That's the difference, and you know it!
Don't come here to be forming gender equality. It is too provocative, knowing how deceitful you trollops are. thumbs up bro, you have said it all |

uzolexis: By trying to keep you safe, i mean trying to prevent fire. Even if they signed any agreement, it does not hold water if it violates the Nigerian constitution. It is clearly stated in the constitution that in case of any rules contrary to the constitution, the constitution comes 1st, whether or not they signed any agreement is irrelevant. uzolexis: It is not the same thing, how don't you guys get it. Freedom of religion is a fundamental human right for every Nigerian as long as the constitution is concerned and it was violated in this case. Did your landlord violate any of your basic rights, right to life for instance or say you must go to his church He is even trying to keep you safe here. Again it is not the same thing. trying to keep me safe?? How?? Let's leave that for another day....concerning the religion, i believe there were some kind of agreement concerning how they would practise the religion that they signed? |

uzolexis: it's not about being lenient. They are wrong simple, they have no right to do what they did. The students should sue and they will win. I have a lawyer friend that is willing to take the case pro-bono cos it's a very straight forward case, the school violated their constitutional right. We should not allow lawlessness like this slide. my dear, in the house I lived in before moving out, the landlord didn't allow anybody use a generator. I still went ahead to use a generator because I couldn't cope with the epileptic power supply in that area, he then gave me a quit notice. I took him to court and while we were there, they asked him why he refused the usage of generators in the house. He replied them by saying that he had experienced fire outbreak in the house due to the usage of generators, and his wife stood as the witness. The man won the case that day. I had to talk to him later, he then allowed me to stay. After that year, I moved out. When they were filling the forms, I'm sure they ticked Christianity as their religion, and the rules they must follow. |

maasoap: Your dad has no right to chase you away from home just because he owns the house. That's exactly what we're saying here. Ignorance and autocratic behaviour. There are some things that your dad must not even do, otherwise it can land him in prison. it's his house not yours ok. I'm not in support of him chasing her or whatever, just understand that he's the head of the house and has the authority over you, especially when he's not doing something criminally inclined |

uzolexis: If i'm an adult and my Father violates one of my constitutional right as a Nigerian, if I take the case to court, I will win, simple. How difficult is that for you guys to understand Freedom of religion is a basic right for every Nigerian in the constitution and as long as you are on Nigerian soil, it has to be respected, in the case where there is a conflict between this right and any organisational/institutional rules, the constitution supersedes. in this same nigeria, the judges can compromise. Like I mentioned in my post, the school management should be lenient enough to the students. They can't be preaching forgiveness and not forgive these students that are first time offenders for a case that's worth overlooking. |

Although the writer made valid points, but there's something he needs to understand; the school is an organization that has laws set in it. If the students can't abide, they should leave the school. I'm not in support of the suspension issue, I hope the school try as much as possible to forgive them (especially the final year students), since they're a very religious body. You can't be preaching forgiveness from the bible and not act according to it. Your argument is allowed |
