Christianity EtcRe: Is It Truely Demonic To Eat In The Dream? by TeskyMan(m): 4:03pm On Mar 28, 2012
[b]Just one word.

"We should not be ignorance of the DEVICES of the Devil". Being 'Ignorance' itself - Is not even an excuse as far as God himself is concern.

Life itself is spiritual. It takes a lot of understanding to know that whatever you experience in the physical world, have not only been settled but also concluded in the spiritual world.
According to the analyst of the acclaimed "ILLUMINATI's" video - The people in the spiritual world are "INSANELY INTELLIGENCE". It's beyond what you see. Look at the home videos, it says a lot about "Dream". You can learn a little from there. In the home videos, you'll find out that, which ever story line that has to do with a dream, the " dream scene" itself always precede the action in the real world - It goes a long way to tell us that our dream life tell us whats about to happen in the real world - Shikena. Dream is part of our life, and it only shows the spiritual side of you. If you are about to eat in the dream and you wake up, thank your God. But if you did eat in the dream - Haa, wahala dey ohh. The truth is, it might not manifest until some months or years but note, It's not NORMAL at all. I repeat, It's not normal. It's called SPIRITUAL DEPOSIT. I used to be in the school of thought of "It doesn't mean"/"Nothing dey happen" but my brother.....according to the Yoruba adage that says 'Nkan ti o nbe l'eyin Efa, O ju Ejee lo'....meaning - There is a misery behind every occurrence. I'm not saying you should believe what i'ce said so far but it's the truth.

Remember, the devil will always cheat us from the portion of life in the areas we are ignorant of. Eating in the dream is not healthy for anyone. When it shall manifest in the physical world, it could happen in any form - chronic ailment, constant failure, non-achievement or what have you.

My 2 cent.

[b]@ Last page

I knew from your word of advice that "Igi imu jina si ori". It was until you mentioned your 17yr old son that i affirmed my believe. After all said, I think i have leant a lot from your responses. I have been married for almost, i said almost a "decade" and i can tell you categorically its not easy for women folks to live successfully with 'we men's" ego; not the so called 21st Century ladies. Only if i want to lie to myself, I have thought about not coming home so many a times; I've also thought about sending my wife packing so many a time. The truth is, if you truely love your spouse, i mean genuine love, then you'll find it almost very impossible to "pack your load" or "send her packing" at the slightest provocation. I am not blowing my trumpet, i think i am a good husband based on some quality God helped me developed overtime, only my wife can attest to this. The mind set people have about marriage is wrong, its not a "Bed of Roses". You have to 'MAKE" it work. So many advice pointed out by "last page" to be sincere are real and a HARD TRUTH. Women owns the home. Its not easy. The influential power bestowed on women folks can not and will never be compared to the physical power of men. Thats why, whatever any woman wants, she gets it. That is where the power of influence sets in. I have said it before and i'm not ashamed to say it again "WOMEN IS THE REAL HEAD OF THE FAMILY", we MEN are just "CEREMONIAL" figure head. The earlier we men believe it, the better for the marriages. Most decisions taken by men are influenced by women - check the statistics. This boils down to the fact that 'WOMEN OWN THE HOME'. Please note that I am totally against brutalizing of women folks but at the same time, i frown against the 'preaching' of divorce-at-little-provocation. According to what someone said, your personalty matters even if you were a divorce.

I have leant a great deal from this tread and will continue to appreciate the likes of "last page" not because of anything but because you have been able to set the record straight by telling the truth undiluted regardless of what some people will say about you. It is never possible to imagine how marriage life will be from "cock and bull" stories or probably "movies" or what have you. It is way beyond that. One thing about marriage, as an institution, needs to be successful is, someone(either of the spouse) must be a "SHEEP" while the other demonstrate the goat in him/her.

Once again thank you "Mr & Mrs Last Page"

PoliticsRe: The Economist On Naija Fuel Subsidies by TeskyMan(m): 5:47pm On Jan 04, 2012
I saw this and I think it should be posted on here:-

The Minister of Finance and the CBN chief said in the long run we will all benefit from subsidy removal, if it takes about 4 years to build a refinery not looking at how long it takes the company to make the final investment decision then their long run mean 4 years. (The long run being when all of the variable elements are fully adjusted and the expected refineries are refining). What is true about the short run cannot necessarily be inferred from what must happen in the long run, and we live in the short run.
Borrowing from J M Keynes “The long run is a misleading guide to current affairs. In the long run we are all dead. Economists set themselves too easy, too useless a task if in tempestuous seasons they can only tell us that when the storm is past the ocean is flat again”.
Subsidy can produce real effects on output and employment only if some prices are rigid in the short term till our expected refineries are here.
What happen to those tankers and their owners that offload at sea and send the refine crude to Cameroun and other neighboring countries while the paper is processed as being dispensed in Nigeria?
Who are the people promising to build refineries? (Same people who we cannot prosecute for falsely collecting subsidy from government).
Why is Nigerian government paying for demurrage on tankers that were intentionally left at sea by the owners?
Which auditing firms approve the figures for payment?
Do the right thing, arrest those who are collecting free money from the government and prosecute them, then tell us the actual cost of subsidy.

Deep Soul:
Ochukoccna, I somewhat agree with you.

I doubt that the poster understood what the pastor meant. Altho I wasn't there, I have similar thoughts about the issue of love and marriage. Love in itself is not enough to sustain a marriage.

Intense love is dangerous. Especially with the wrong person.

A perfect example is given - marrying someone for love and having no money to pay basic bills like house rent. So after your landlord chases you out and you are both under the bridge, love will remain strong? Lai Lai! Let's not deceive ourselves.

I used to be a very very very ardent "love believer". But these days, I wonder if it's wise to marry someone I'm madly in love with. Sometimes I think I should just marry some1 I am fond of, tolerate and respect. And vice versa.

But then again! Sometimes I think that when storms arise (and they ALWAYS will), it's that love that binds two people together even when everything else is gone.

Oh well, I guess I'll find out for sure someday!  grin
I can't but agree to the bolded part with my over half a decade of experience in marriage.

ochukoccna:
@ op, listen to the man's message to understand better
i hold no brief for him but i now understand why our educational products are half baked
like Bimbo Odukoya once said, love is not a feeling, love is a decision shocked shocked shocked
this rankled my mind for a while till i understood better through paul's letter to the romans that God loved us even while we are still sinners(for God's nature is love,He cant do otherwise)
Even though feelings build up,love based on emotions is dangeous shocked shocked
God's love (AGAPE) is unconditional
Man's love (EROS) is conditional
Even parents who have wayward children do their best to love them regardless of the grief they dish @ them
Emotional love is what mills and boons novels preach
Agape love is what marriage&serious relationships teaches and need
Sadly it is becoming a lost skill
How is it that our forebearers were married off by their parents in those days yet the marriages overcame obstacles?
For most ladies, love means a well to do guy
For most guys, love means a drop dead lady
What happens if that rich guy is incapcitated and that drop dead lady is disfigured? huh huh undecided undecided undecided
Many who are replying are not married yet else we would have seen less on the spur reactions
Married folks will tell you Eros wears out in 3-9 months
The questions are
1)Would you love and  marry yourself i.e. someone who shows forth your behavioural traits and personality?
2)Would you love your other half when Eros dries off and you get to see the real person for who he/her really is with weaknesses, iritating habits(we all have them)and what have you?
Love is more than a rush of blood to men balls and that fluttery feelings in ladies hearts.
That is simply what the pastor was telling the  OP.
I understand what you are saying. But it takes someone who leaves in a house, to tell you what needs to be repaired in the house. It's naturally difficult for someone who has never gained entrance into the same house, no matter the number of books he/she might have read or the number of films the person might have watched with respect to the house, to know what needs to be repaired in the house. You need to live in the HOUSE to know what needs to be repaired. Shikena.

RomanceRe: Why Do Bad Girls Get Married Easier Than Good Girls? by TeskyMan(m): 8:31pm On Nov 01, 2011
lindabon:
Truth be told, its just an unfair world. A ho may get tired of the whole sleeping around thing at some point and might decide to settle down to a commited relationship after realizing that the previous lifestyle they lived was completely void. But a woman that is introduced into the world on her wedding night, might just have the thought that she has been missing the goodies of life, and at that point, she decides to go wild and taste the waters. The world is never fair; ideologies like "good will always triumph over evil" are carved to advocate good deeds. Not all bad people are punished, to make matters worse, most bad people keep getting the best life can offer.  So no matter how we want to glorify good deeds by attaching future punishments to evil, most times, bad people die without as much as suffering anything for the evil ways the lived. You might wanna talk about the punishment after death, but then again, where are the evidence for the existence of the afterlife ?

The laws  "no evil deed can ever go unpunished" are man made and wretched. Lets just face the harsh reality and leave certain things that cannot be changed/controlled. The more you try to condemn and judge life's mysteries, the more headache you give yourself.  undecided undecided

There are plenty of wankers who aren't getting paid back for their misdeeds; It sucks big time, but what can one do?  undecided undecided undecided
Hello friend,

The bolded part is a lie from the pit of hell. Let no man deceive him or herself, what you sow, you will reap. God is not mocked dear, there is none of the wankers as you have said, who will not pay for their misdeeds. The truth is when they are paying for their misdeeds you will/might not know and they wouldn't inform you tho. Grace of God differs from person to person. Some people its 2 yrs, some 4yrs, some 10yrs some 20yrs but the truth it - You will reap your misdeed. But one thing we do not know is how it will come back hurting us ( i mean in what form) and 2. what time it will come? No man knows except God.

Change your ways now!!!. I'm not saying this for fun, I'm saying it because its the TRUTH. I know a whole lot of guyz who were into yahoo yahoo in the early 2000. One way or the other they repented from their wicked ways. My dear, they are paying for it dearly. The truth is no one will tell you when they start paying for it. I was opportune to know and see when it's happen because I was one of them. Thank God for his grace.

What you sow, no matter how smart you are - you will reap. It's a bitter truth which most people does not care about.

RomanceRe: Why Do Bad Girls Get Married Easier Than Good Girls? by TeskyMan(m): 8:07pm On Nov 01, 2011
The truth is this - Every Man has an Ego. You can imagine a guy hanging out with a very beautiful lady - He'll be on top of the world. His friends would like - Hey that babe fine ohhh!!!. This ego is flowered by beautiful woman who is exposed in almost all area of life (Sex - Wild, Looks - Wild, comportment, interaction e.t.c).  You hardly find a "GOOD" Lady in this regards. Don't get me wrong, I said you hardly, that means there are few who could be well exposed and still be good but they are really few.

Come to think of it - You can't have your cake and eat it at the same time. "BAD" babes rock and they know how to hook down a MAN. NO Man, I repeat NO MAN Will ever be happy to marry a LovePeddler or let me put it this way. No Man would ever be happy to discover that she has gotten married to a LovePeddler. Even if after 1,000,000 children. We men hadly forgive. Can you imagine someone pointing to an guy who happens to be your wife ex-sexual partner? Oh, you see what I mean. The question is - Why do guys look for "wife material"? This same guy will F-U-C-K a dozen of babes in a month and he'll tell you they are not wife material. You know what? - Take to Mama babes need to possess some stuffs which most guy love - I leave this to every "SINCERE' man to ponder on this, Guyz we know the truth but we don't act it,

I've seen cases of bad babes getting married wella, but the truth is that "Getting married is not the problem but how to maintain the marriage and keep both parties alive". There is no way you marry a LovePeddler and the lady will not F-U-C-K either your immediate brother, your friend, her past Aristo's, another sharp guy who can spend cash for her, her past ex who just hit some gold mine e.t.c especially the husband is so passive in the sexual department. I mean at least one of the mentioned category if not more than that. If the guy na either handsome(In terms of cash and facial looks), its juts a matter of time the "Bad" babe wey get marry go do quick one and clean mouth, hoping nobody go know. These are cases I have witnessed over time. I have seen more than 4 to 5 cases of such. Either now or later, bad babe will show her color no matter what. It has been said over time that a bad tree can never beget a good fruit. Wait till it happenshuh? What do you think led to HIGH rate of DIVORCE in this generation? You can figure it out yourself and look deep into those marriages - there is more than what we know.

I'm married for over 5 and 1/2 years and I know what I'm taking about. We men are difficult specie, we are very difficult to please. We always DESIRE a "Bad Girl" level of Exposure as wife/house material and at the same time want a "Good Girl" with no sexually promiscuous past i.e. Clean babe. Its NOT possible.

Lets face the TRUTH.

I'm out,
