@op...when is the best time to start cultivating Cucumber for somebody whose farm is situated in Anambra state, and also, what are the pesticides and seedling to use.

Because the same money spent on FG projects in Lagos was spent in Abuja.

And most of these funds can for Crude oil.

The Northern elites and Politicians know this, because they ruled Nigeria more than every other group.

If you claimed Abuja is a pampered child, what will you call Lagos.

Guess u are right.

Lagos had her own fare share of Federal presence/attention before now and think she is still enjoying some till date.

For me I'll love to see the federal government carryout capital projects in other states, especially in the area of town/city planning, road and utility networks.
