PoliticsRe: Nigerians On Twitter Angrily React To Buhari Building A Helipad In Daura by Tex42(m): 2:38pm On Jun 28, 2015
lucrownt:
Reading the post I think it is a good idea because it will reduce cost. BTW, Mr President we are impatient to witness the ever clamored CHANGE. It is becoming out of hand sir.. Do something tangible sir.... Why can't you read the post before asking JAMB question sir? This is the result of being hasty all in the name of FTC.
since you've read the post in-out, why not tell him how much it costs to build an helipad. I guess you don't know how much it costs or you don't trust the figure quoted by that post above.

Only saw a baseless post from a propagandist/bubu loyalist claiming it cost N2m to build an helipad... Lol! He must be confusing an helipad for some of those kitchens in his country side.

Talking about cost... Nigerians did not elect bubu to administer power from Daura, I mean that's why Aso villa is there for the commander in chief. In as much as traveling to Daura should not be at his expense, he should not make it a priority by building an helipad there. How many times does he intend to travel to Daura in a year that'll prompt him to build an helipad there.

Mr. President should understand that the polity is his primary assignment and not some maloos (cows) in Daura.

PS:building an helipad in Naija cost way more than N2m. Thank you.
FamilyRe: Married With Kids But Deeply In Love With Another Lady by Tex42(m): 1:55am On Jun 28, 2015
@OP... Can you read the first sentence you made again;you said you needed matured mind, and I ask;which matured mind would tell you to leave your wife and two kids and go after your "mistress/sex mate".

It's a pity that @32,you've not really understood the craftiness of that rod between your legs and you let it do the thinking for you. Sure you know/heard of men who were led by their rod and how they ended up. The likes of Samson and Abacha...

My friend! just go back to your wife and kids and stop being irresponsible.

FYI, i'm not a mature mind. Thank you!
RomanceRe: When She Is Not A Virgin And She Says " No Sex Till Marriage ". by Tex42(m): 12:29am On Jun 28, 2015
Feranchek:
Guys ehn.... una too dey rush!! Calm down! She's not a virgin means she has tasted the forbidden fruit. She probably said that to know if you're after her body of her being. Love her for who she is and be the best boyfriend you can be. I'm pretty sure her emotions will give in and she'll let you have a 'Bite' grin

I see sex as an icing on the cake (the relationship). So which would you prefer to eat (more), the cake or the icing?
it depends though... Some people see it the other way round;this time, sex is the cake(in thing) and the relationship is the icing.... Meaning they can not stay in a relationship without sex.

OP pls wat can be done to a building without without capping b4 the top block work was done. The building is already above lintel level. Its a 4bedroom bungalow on a very solid ground, the capping issue was a mistakke on d part of d engineer bcus he was told to cap d foundation b4 raising d block work. WHAT CAN IDO TO HAVE A SoLID FOUNDATION BCUS I INTEND CASTING D FOuNDATION FLOOR B4 ANY FURTHER WoRK goes on
The capping thing is mostly done in Waterlogged areas/areas with differential settling, so I don't see any problem in the engineer not doing the capping since you said the building is on a solid ground. Goodluck.

I intend putting up a 4 bedroom bungalow on a plot that measures 100x100. It's on a rocky but flat land. The design includes a laundry room, a pantry attached ti the kitchen and all rooms ensuite. Also, there's provision for a walk-in closet in the master bedroom. What sort of foundation should I go for and the likely cost implication?
for a rocky terrain and a bungalow, a simple strip foundation would do with proper chaining. If need be, in corporate some pads(foundation) for safety purposes.

bungalows do not need much structural works since they have/carry minimal load(dead and imposed) and as such a strip foundation which is the cheapest in this case would do.

Took cognizance of the terrain you would be building on. Goodluck.

They can't. Our companies of these days are so specific about age.

Even if you're were little close to getting the Job it surely don't guarantee your next try.

The only solution to this; is to continue in reduction of our age.
Swear affidivit as many times as possible.

We prefer literal lies to verbal ones.
And what if your WAEC cert has your date of birth?.

How do you go about manipulating the year you rounded off your primary and secondary school?.

Just asking, might learn one or two things from you. Some of these coys and there age dichotomy is really disheartening.

Many Nigerians are so tpribalistic and self cenptered to the epxtent that when they see white they will say its black as far as the white doesn't sooth them. I don't know why someone in his or her right sense will be calling the president a dullard, when your own father who was not a dullard never even became a councillor in your local government talkless of president. For God sake this man is our president even if he is dullard we are the one that put him there. So please cut all this your crappy foul language you use on the man else when the judgement of God come on you, nobody will be there for u. cos The bible say we should respect the people in authority dullard or not. A word is enough for the wise they say.
Are you campaigning for Buhari's second term or you are preaching the gospel?

My brother! You should share this your post into two segments; one to the politics section and the other, the religion section.

As you can see we are in the biz section and biz doesn't wanna know your party(pdp/apc) or religion (Christian /Muslim), all it understands is money, in this case Naira and Dollar.

How bubu got into this?...he told(promised o!) us he was gonna make $1 = N1 and since then, dollar has set off for a 'mission to the moon'.

PS: promise and fail is a sin...you forgot to include that in your sermon. Thanks
BusinessRe: Naira Faces Fresh Pressure, Falls To 222 Per Dollar by Tex42(m): 11:16am On Jun 24, 2015
Perhaps bubu meant to say that he was going to make $1 = N1,000.
