The system allows for payment, several cards were disabled when CBN brought for the daily limit on local card for foreign transactions or payments in foreign currency.

Be sure that your card is enabled for online transaction, if it is not, it won't go through.

You can get someone in Canada or with a domiciliary account to help with the payment.

All the best.

This allows a daily limit of $10,000.

Many thanks Anon. I mean, can I reuse the same 'my bank statement ' I had generated last year December? Ofcourse, it shows up to 6 months of account transactions and balance. I just wanted to know whether it is still valid in my reapplication. Cheers!
No it cannot be used, it's past the valid date, besides we are already in February, the previous MBS had December, 2020 as its end date. You need an updated one.
One that includes January and February 2021

It will end in Praise

Go to the bank and ask if they can generate a mybankstatement certificate for your account. If they say no, it means they are not amongst the bank what do that therefore you just submit your more bank statement again and attach a letter saying your bank dont offer the mybankstatement certificate.
Polaris bank is on MBS. They will help you generate the ticket number and password.

All the best.

Gurus in the house please I need clarification on an issue,

I intend to go for NSE stream but my IELTS result LRWS is 6,5.5,7.5,7. Will my score in reading deter me from being considered for the NSE stream? Or is there anything I can do or I will have to rewrite?
I think the minimum band applicable is the 6, the score 5.5 is lower than the minimum, I will advice you make your enquiry directly with them that something you can do, so as to get to know if it's usable, if anyone here has used a 5.5/in any of the module they might comment.

If siblings are to be finance by their parents, is there any need explaining this in the SOP?

My guess is both application will be treated independently.

Thank you very much i really appreciate you taking your time to answer my questions, so I have been trying to explain that its not mandatory to my parents for like 7hours straight now but they have decided to go with the NSE route , can I write general training instead of academic?
Either of the Ielts can be provided for the NSE route, it is acceptable.

So, if you're comfortable writing GT, go for it.

All the best.

Hello everyone...
Please I need some clarification...
I saw a PhD advert for fall 2021... I sent in my applications comprising of only two documents they requested for. I got a response from the Professor that I should send my transcripts (these they didn't initially include in the advert).
Ever since... Two weeks now, I haven't received any feedback.. I want to ask if I can mail the prof to inquire about my application or not.
Thank you for your responses.
I will assume you have sent the transcript as requested, if you have, you can make enquiry regarding you application.

Hello who has has heard anything from MUN for Masters Fall 2021
MUN's final decision comes from the 8 weeks after course deadline, not after submission, my guess is that early birds who submitted on time will after 8 weeks of deadline receive decisions, while other applications will get theirs around 9-12 weeks.

When was your application submitted? Mine was 25th January, I am expecting decision by 3rd to 4th week in March. That did be 8 weeks after deadline, and 9th week into submission.

Just pray along, it will end in Praise.

MUN's final decision comes 8-12 weeks after deadline for course submission, that 2 to 3 months, hopefully you should hear from them from the 2nd week in March......as regards applying to other schools, research the schools, get to know their acceptance rate for admission in your area of interest, if you have funds, you can apply, it increase your chances and you get to make you choice from all of the school offering you admission.

It will end in praise.

Good Morning House & Happy Sunday,

I am a graduate of Sociology with a 2:1 (4.28), 2018. I applied to Manitoba 2019, Sociology & Criminology, I didn't get admission. I applied to Manitoba again 2021 same course, I still didn't get admission, same as Windsor for Criminology. I didn't get admission still. I was already getting sad. So I decided to apply to Memorial University, "Folklore" shortly before the deadline Jan 15th as advised by someone with similar experience who has been active here.

My questions are:

-What are the reasons for me not having admission to those schools even when I was thorough with my SOP & other documents?

-When does admission come in for applicants to Memorial University since I applied Jan 15?

-What advise can I get with regards to applying for other schools or should I be patient & wait for Memorial University?

Please I need your responses and advice. God bless, thank you.

It has a daily limit of 200000 and I need to pay more than that
I will suggest you reach out to someone who has a domiciliary account, daily limit is $10,000.
That way it will be easier for the payment you want to make. Also, open a domiciliary account for your use.

You have nothing to worry, he can choose to pay or not, it's a negligible amount, however, do not touch the funds for now, till your application get approved.

Any update? Has he received the enrollment letter? Just for information, my enrollment letter was sent to my mail as part of the quarantine plan I received from MUN. Your friend can check the mail again just to confirm if it was sent to his. The enrollment letter given to me for travel is different from the one I got when I applied from the portal.
What program are you going for? UG or PG? Plus when are you travelling?

cc.. lekkibobie, justmellow, irijuola, otunbaTee.
You can apply to any school of your choice, ensure you look through the requirements and be sure to meet it, you should not have any issue with study permit....all of the processes are done in stages.
First apply to a school, and get admitted.
Secondly, use the LOA to begin your study permit processing... get the needed documents, submit them and continue your processing till you get approval.

Don't forget the place of prayer, it will end in praise.

Hi,
I mailed them just as you advised and got a response about 5 minutes later stating that one of my reference came after deadline and they didn't receive the other.(I thought I will get notification of it, so that i can inform my referees).
they asked if i will like my application to be consider for fall 2022.

don't know what to do now!
Ask them if you reach out to you references, and they get the references done, will your opening be considered for 2021........since that's the session you applied for, from their response you decide what line of action to take.

Either apply elsewhere or if you're contented with 2022 opening, but that's a long way off.

Give it a shot, request to be considered for this year.
