that's the problem, my dad right from time has been against me going for service. Rather he wanted me to get married immediately after university. He hasn't even called me for once since i left home for camp. As for my other relations, I've not spoken to them in years cos I've been on my own . I thought the fg had an agreement with the discos to issue out meters to everyone at least after two years into the privitization. This rip off is becoming just too much

Please is there any easy way of getting this pre-paid meter? This recent billings by nepa have been on the high side. Last month i paid #7000 and today i saw a bill of #10,000. I am at Ojo alaba in lagos. Anyone with a sure way to get this stuff should please alert me. This is becoming unbearable.
