breeezefe:Congratulations! There is a health centre at ozuoba though I haven't used it. I stay at NTA, Location and I'm using military hospital at rumuola. I am a FTM too. For now, I am enjoying my experience at Military Hosp and no strike. With the residents doctors on strike, UPTH and BMH are badly affected. For antenatal fee at Milit Hosp: Below 6months: 23/24k(can't remember precisely) Above 6month: 33k |

Biko, if she knows he is a deadbeat father, make she release Nedu pikin to am. I can't divorce a woman with children from 2 separate dads and be paying spousal support. Nedu said he was granted custody of his kids so why is she still holding the kids. She also refused to sign the divorce papers...it's obvious she doesn't want Nedu to move on. After 2years of divorce/requesting her to sign one, she had the guts to call him out social media when she knows what she did and the Nedu guy never brought her issue to social media. I will do worse if I was Nedu because she's trying to dent his image. Do you know what she did can block his progress in the industry? It will also stop companies from making him a brand ambassador. There are ways to call someone out without destroying their public image. Lastly, she just exposed herself with this interview that she's loose. How can you be in a sexual relationship with Mr A and you start sleeping with Mr B whom you just met. She was cheating on Mr A which is very wrong! She kept repeating that the issue wasn't the one that caused their breakup yet she wasn't proud of saying the issue that made them part ways. I put it to you that the reason why they broke up was from her. If Nedu was the cause, she wouldn't hesitate in saying it. Yes, The deed has been done but she should learn to live with the consequences of her action and stop granting interviews. |

truthsayer009:Lol...see me laughing here! I like pepper too!! After the numerous episodes, nobody told me to be moderate in it . If cooking your own food all the time will keep you away from the toilet, pls do. You can start it gradually. No one likes the lifestyle but it's better to be strong and be in good health. I really really really hate the IBS episodes and it can be very embarrassing. I also loose weight after each episode, so I don't want it at all. It wasn't easy changing lifestyle but thank God marriage molded me to make more homemade meals as hubby doesn't eat outside . I am still learning how to drink 3L of water everyday. It's not easy sha...Try ehn, adjust small small ehn...God will give you a Yoruba girl that doesn't like pepper ![]() BTW: I am Yoruba and miss buka food ![]() |
NothingLikeLove:I haven't been deployed o. Mine is Nhealth and still showing not available. I tried changing but the box is empty

My family doctor diagnosed me of it. No permanent cure. Your management plan is to reduce its occurrence to the barest minimum. Like I said earlier, vegetables, un parboiled beans and over feeding triggers mine. Since you know what triggers/worsens the situation, you need to tone it down when consuming them. My work is more of office work, I manage myself like that, though I won't be too productive. Also try the natural cleansing method once in a while by not using drugs for at least 3days. |

Hahaha...I don't know about village people. I doubt if it can be stopped permanently! I also experience it once in a while even after taking so many precautions. This year, I've experienced it twice or so. If you seldomly experience it, I don't think it calls for alarm. You might also have to get a method to get relieved faster and reduce your pepper intake. I edited my previous post, I don't know any other method ![]() |
martyns303:Yes, it doesn't have cure but can be well managed. I first experienced it in 2013/2014 and I was hospitalized in school because I was seriously going to toilet. I was on drips and antibiotics with flagyl, no change in my health so I had to go home to our family hospital. The school hospital diagnosed me of food poisoning. When i start purging, my first line of action is to allow my body cleanse itself naturally for at least 3days with no drugs/medication. Since then, I have never taken a single pill/antacid/antibiotics to stop purging and it has always worked for me. During this period, I avoid vegetables and anything I know will likely make me purge more. My Management plan: I eat what my stomach can take (no excess food), stopped eating vegetables outside, stopped late night food, started per boiling my beans, water therapy(Still trying my best to keep up with it). *this is what I remember for now* You also need to observe yourself to find out what triggers it. |
rumuokoro:I had something similar to this and was diagnosed of irritable bowel syndrome. Having used so many medications and antibiotics before visiting the hospital, i was told not to use any drug and was observed weekly. Though I was advised to take more of probiotics but I couldn't take it because my mind played tricks on me, I felt I will purge more. I took more of garri, spag, pap with no milk and sugar, unripe plantain, meat and fish. By the end of the first week, it had reduced and stopped before the end of the second week. |

emmygr8:Thank you for your response. Application for scholarship begins next month and I intend applying. My question is if I need IELTS for visa approval. I applied to the school without IELT. |

sylve11:Well said sir! Oil bunkering in Rivers state is like a cartel. The police is aware of their activities and collects bribe from them. They have consumers buying from them steadily because it is cheaper. To top it all, their sense of entitlement is beyond human comprehension. You hear them say, 'na our oil'! Sometimes, I don't feel pity for them as well as I don't think they need help. Their traditional rulers end up looting the community money remitted by oil companies. Too many things going on in Rivers state. |
jericco1:Same here bro. Pls let me know how you were able to fix it. |
Obio-akpor LG is one of the biggest, if not the biggest local government in Portharcourt, yet Nhealth is not available in this local government. This LG is my place of residence, not my state of origin. Pls enlighten me Cc ezenwaez

Hello, Last week Friday, I got my offer of admission to UNSW. I was told to pay 14kAUD to secure the admission offer but i didn't see the expiry date of the payment. How will I check it pls? (Resumption is Feb 2022). Do I need IELTS for visa approval? |
jumy16:The heaviness may as a result of your baby in the cephalic position meaning your baby's head is now in the pelvic area. You may have to google and read more on implantation bleeding. Let's wait for other sabi mamas to contribute on the question.

![]() Same here...Hubby laughs at the systematic approach I use in getting out of bed because I have to first roll to the edge, bring down my legs and let out a sound while sitting up. I am still very agile, I pick things that fall to the ground but I can't stand for long. I am sure if baby turns out to a boy, he wouldn't mind wearing the girly clothes mummy bought ![]() |
illicit:No, we weren't. Missed a month for biometrics and didn't get paid even though we still showed up later in the month. |
Fruit4me:I was just about typing what one of our mamas posted. Before this pregnancy, with a genotype of AA, I usually have malaria every 2months because i wasn't doing enough to prevent malaria. Since i got preggy, for the first 5months, I didn't use malaria drug or pcm. These are the steps I take: Use insecticide regularly or better still mosquito net. I caution hubby a lot to enter the house quick because we don't have door net. This wasn't working effectively so I started shutting my bedroom door (ALWAYS SHUT) When leaving the house after 6PM, i'm not a fan of repellents so I wear leggings, socks and take cardigans incase it gets cold. Taking my routine drugs. I read somewhere that it boosts the immune system. Reduce palmoil intake. Reduce stress I carry my umbrella everywhere I go. Recently started taking fansider monthly prescribed by the doctor. If you have catarrh and sore throat frequently like me, reduce your cold water intake, bath with warm water and avoid dust/smoke. Take more fruits, wash and peel your fruits at home. Check the kind of water you are drinking. You may need another source of drinking water. Get well soon my overcomer team member |
YaxxVille:Same here |
