First get an account statement. I hear GTbank allows you to do this via mail or their banking app.

Use the address (word for word), look up the ZIP code for the area the address is in.

Goto your Gpay account, edit your details to match the address and city.

Try inputting the details of the card. If it works good.
If it doesn't. Go to your bank and do small display of madness.

i just requested fov the account statement now but there were two address and they're both Nigerian address.
