MY CURRENT FEARS

I once made a mistake, I went to a native doctor, whom after his consultation he said that witchcraft is disturbing me, and at thus he marked some anti witchcraft marks on my body which I'm regretting now,

Since then I have been in this constant fears and thoughts like,
Since this native doctor has put something in my body (I mean his property is in my body which is the mark and charm against witchcraft )
Won't he use that to be monitoring me and then can appear to me and kill me either with gun,
I have this thought like, as long as that mark is in my body, that he can always use it to know my location and wherever I am and then kill me if he wishes,

I've had people tell me that my fears can't happen or try to motivate, but they didnt convince me enough on why it can't happen,
I need someone that can actually tell me good reasons why these fears are unreal and can't happen,

It started in 2022 with all manner of afflictions like cervical spondylitis with pains to the lower back, blurry visions, breathing difficulties, dizziness, stomach ulcer due to NSAID drugs, nerve pains all over the body, pressure on the head, chest pains, left & right locked shoulders with severe pains, attack on my finances, marital problems, inability to go to work due to the afflictions for almost 3 years. I had millions in my account & it went down to zero. I had a successful practice but I lost almost everything. My immediate family stayed away from me & at a point started asking me where is the God you are calling upon every day? I was mocked.

In my search for God, I stumbled on Dunamis & CTDMP. Even though I am not a member of Dunamis, I enrolled in the online foundation class & got my certificate which I am using everyday to pray with, claiming every blessing due to Dunamis members by reason of association, connection & relationship.

I have been joining all Dunamis programs trusting & believing God for a turnaround. I became literally on fire for God & started doing evangelism leading many to Christ. Even though I am an ordained minister & attended 2 different Bible Schools, my life was characterized with sin until my encounter with Dunamis.

God had mercy on me during the 6th & 7th February 2024 CTDMP. Towards the end of the broadcast, I told God to help me because a lot of people are joining the CTDMP in January 2024 & getting their breakthroughs & I have been here since October 2023 when it started. I told God that if He can heal Max the dog, He can heal me too. In the same second of my complaints, God's servant & mantle over this commission Dr. Paul Enenche, immediately called out my name Samson & said "Someone is out there asking God are you there? Do you remember me? Do you remember that I exist? I am here to tell you that God remembers you. You are coming out of the dark...someone with a name like Samson in this kind of category... " and he continued to prophesy my exact situation.

I shouted amen, started to sweat, the pains ceased & I started weeping & went on my knees giving thanks to God. I immediately sowed a seed to establish the word. I believe that my healing & days in the Cave of Adullam are over. Thank you, Jesus! Thank you CTDMP crew! I shall physically come to the Glory Dome & give my testimony.

The case will not be against the judges but the court. The Chief Registrar is the chief accounting officer that tells you something.

NBA-SPIDEL DEMANDS FOR IMMEDIATE STOPPAGE OF THE ISSUANCE OF CENTRAL MOTOR REGISTRY INFORMATION SYSTEM (CMRIS) CERTIFICATE BY THE NIGERIA POLICE FORCE


By a letter dated the 29th January 2024, NBA-SPIDEL wrote to the Inspector-General of Police to demand the immediate stoppage of the issuance of the Central Motor Information System (CMRIS) Certificate nationwide.

The attention of the Nigeria Bar Association Section on Public Interest (NBA-SPIDEL) was drawn to reports all around the country that vehicle owners are mandated to register and obtain a Central Motor Information System (CMRIS) Certificate from the Nigeria Police Force for a cost of not less than #6,000.00 (Six thousand naira).


The men of the Nigeria Police have since started enforcing compliance wherein purported defaulters have been made to part with their hard-earned monies in thousands of Naira.

NBA-SPIDEL further demanded that the registration website and every other physical registration centres be shut down, and every money already collected from Nigerians be refunded to them within 3 days of the receipt of the letter and that failure, neglect or refusal to comply with the lawful demand within 7 days of the receipt of the letter will compel NBA-SPIDEL to seek appropriate sanctions in court against the esteemed office of the Inspector-General of Nigeria Police.

In the light of these developments, the NBA-SPIDEL questions the legal propriety which enables the Nigeria Police Force to issue Central Motor Information System (CMRIS) Certificates to vehicle owners, particularly when it is not clearly stated in any laws (at least to our knowledge) that the Nigeria Police has any authority to issue car licenses or certificates of any nature to to vehicle owners after due registration of vehicles in the appropriate office.

NBA-SPIDEL states further that any such certificate being issued by the Nigeria Police Force without any legal backing is outright illegal, null, and void and therefore of no consequence. NBA-SPIDEL therefore uses this opportunity to reiterate the fact that the duty of the Nigeria Police in protecting the citizens and enforcing the law does not extend to collecting monies and/or issuing certificates to vehicle owners. Regrettably, the men of the Nigeria Police Force have since taken advantage of the ignorance of unsuspecting Nigerians by extorting large sums of money from them for failure to present the CMRIS certificate on demand during road search.

This illegality has to stop immediately.
Consequently, the NBA-SPIDEL states that these acts of illegality must not continue unabated and therefore unequivocally demand that the Nigeria Police immediately stop the issuance and/or demand for the Central Motor Information System (CMRIS) Certificate.

NBA-SPIDEL, therefore, humbly but strongly demands that you issue a directive immediately stopping the issuance of/demand for the CMRIS certificates nationwide.

NBA-SPIDEL further demands that the registration website and every other physical registration centres be shut down, and every money already collected from Nigerians be refunded to them within 3 days of the receipt of this notice. Please note that failure, neglect or refusal to comply with this lawful demand within 7 days of the receipt of this letter will compel NBA-SPIDEL to seek appropriate sanctions in court against your esteemed office and the Nigeria Police Force.
