Nigeria isn't sending its players to the Congo.
Congo is the one sending its players to Nigeria.

By the way, few years back there were Ebola in Nigeria. Nevertheless, the Super Eagles traveled to Congo-Brazzaville for a soccer match.

There are few ways you can go about it but there is no guarantee it will work.
You can apply for permanent resident on humanitarian grounds but there is no guarantee you will get it given that many people are turned down under this program.
You can apply for asylum if you qualify.
Or, a family member can sponsor you.

My best recommendation is the federal skilled program. Else, you may waste 10 years of your life in Canada and then end up by getting deported.

You can't work in Canada as a visitor.

Other options: Express Entry
If your relative doesn’t qualify for sponsorship they may still be able to come to Canada as a skilled immigrant through Express Entry. This program:

manages applications for certain economic immigration programs
selects applicants for their:
skills
experience
ability to contribute to Canada’s economy
awards points to some candidates who have family living in Canada

If the adoption is final then yes you can take her with you to Canada. I am just wondering if in Nigeria a person can legally adopt a child whose parents are still alive.

In any case, I will strongly advise you to finish the adoption process first before applying for the visa. This was you can include her on your visa application as your daughter.

I have seen cases where people include non-biological children on permanent visa application with fake birth certificate. If you do this, you may loose your visa in case a DNA test is required.

Did you legally adopt your niece? If yes, then you can bring her to Canada as she is your daughter.
If you never legally adopt her then you can't bring her to Canada as she isn't your child.
Under the Canadian immigration laws, you can sponsor a niece only if both of her parents are dead.

Now the tricky part about adoption. If you are trying to adopt your niece after landing in Canada, the adoption process will take much longer given you will have to fullfill the adoption requirement of your province of residence first, and your province will have to approve the adoption before you can go on to adopt and sponsor her to come to Canada.

If you eventually go with the LinkedIn option since it is free, check out the Become a front-end developer learning track. It teaches HTML, CSS and JS. If I were you, I'd also check out the Improve your JS skills learning track followed by the Become a React Developer Track and then Improve your React skills track. These 3 learning tracks will improve your JS knowledge and you'd be exposed to the world of JS libraries, frameworks and Single Page Applications.

To learn Node, just take a look at the Become a full stack developer track. This track will expose you to the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express, Angular and Node). But since you might be familiar with React if you took the React courses, you can swap out Angular for React thereby having the MERN stack.

In the end, you'd still need to learn about text editors, the command line, version control and testing. If you decide to learn a back-end language, you can't escape knowing about servers (VPS, Shared hosting, IaaS, PaaS), databases (design, implementation, etc), application architecture and a myriad of other things I can't remember right now.

This is not in any way to scare you, believe me, most people who want to learn programming don't know the number of things/technology they need to know about just to function as a programmer so they drop out when they realise how ignorant they still are despite spending 3 months learning HTML and CSS.

Lest I forget, Lynda.com beats Udemy hands down by miles and the only Udemy courses I have ever enjoyed are the ones by Maximilian (Academind is his YouTube channel).
