at me. I cldnt believe wat was happening. My

emerging frm my room and were wondering

was happening. I eventually hit d 2nd one too,
my
hands were stained with blood. They lay still
and
I wondered if they were still alive, but when I
looked at them on the floor, I found out dat
one
was still moving, I struck again and dis time I
hit
harder with anger. That was how I killed d two
giant mosquitoes attempting to suck my
blood...lol ..

What can I take or do in order to improve my sleep. I can hardly catch a sleep both night and day. I can be on d bed till 3am without sleep coming to my eyes. I really need help. Should I result to taking sleeping pills? but for how long will I use them as aid to sleep?

I don't know how else to qualify it other than child abuse, buh its worse than that. Beating/caning/spanking is much worse than child abuse.
