Canada; you enjoy what you pay for as public services are usually of high quality, e.g stable power, topnotch health care, decent infrastructure and so on.

Nigeria; you hardly get the value of what you paid for as almost everything is substandard and mediocre

Though no place is perfect and both countries have their pros and cons, I won't hesitate choosing Canada over Nigeria anyday, anytime.
