Nobody said he shouldn't pray for grace and forgiveness just that while doing that he should also pray for the grace to return all he stole from rivers state and also the grace to stop stealing from his ministry of transport. When Anambra was created, we started afresh, with Awka, while Enugu state which had Ebonyi as part of it was already developed. Ebonyi was later carved out of Enugu. So who actually marginalized them? Anambra or Enugu?
