@ op you better run. It always sounds like fun until someone gets seriously hurt. Read proverbs chap 5. |
Any nation founded on lies and deceit will always experience the kind of problems we are currently facing in this country. Unless we do the right things we will continue to wallow in the jungle heading to no where in particular. We have lost and are still losing ground in our checkered journey to nationhood since this aimless administration came on board. But the good thing is that its not yet late to retrace our steps. Applying brute force towards solving issues is never a solution. Dialogue remains the best option. We need to deescalate tension caused by the governments misguided actions before its to late. |
Slowly and steadily they are leading the people down the sloppy path to dictatorship. First they tried it with the social media bill the people rose against it then they came for ipob some people supported it without considering the wider implications now this has emboldened them to try to pass this NGO bill. Most people do not realize that no matter how well thought out a law is in this country there are people that are willing to capitalize on this to further their own sinister agenda. They are trying to stifle dissent and sadly the people are urging them on. Adolf Hitler started just in the exact same way and we know how that story went. |
Cabals everywhere and we wonder why nothing works in the country. Many people do not understand that this country was designed to fail by default. |
Slowly the country slides into dictatorship. Tomorrow they will try to pontificate on the rule of law. unfortunately people that should be challenging this trend are urging them on. The only solution to this ipob debacle is to dialogue with them and to make them feel wanted in the country. Anything short of that is just shifting the doomsday. History has taught us that no nation or empire can be held together forever by force of arms. Wise leaders should learn from this and act accordingly. Unfortunately presently we do not have them. |
It saddens me that people are actually rejoicing at the barbarism exhibited by the army against defenceless civilians. Nigeria is the only country I know of whereby the army is usually unleashed on armless civilians and some people that have grown used to this anomaly who have actually embraced the chains of slavery that the oligarchs that rule the country have placed on them are applauding this monstrosity. Kanu even though I do not agree with some of his words has actually given the people an opportunity to voice out their concerns at the way things are done in this country, yet the people that are supposed to capitalize on this are actually condemning and calling for his arrest. How many of you are actually pleased with the way the country is run? Apart from the oligarchs and their cronies that have long sold their souls for a few pennies. Nothing is working and instead of you to rise up and challenge the status quo you are actually fighting the man doing the same. The beautiful thing about this world is that empires rise and fall and whether we like it or not Nigeria cannot continue the way its being run where the government believes in crushing anyone that does not agree with it. we claim we are practicing democracy but we support a government that stifles dissent. Yesterday it was the shites today its ipob tomorrow it could be you. so enjoy it while it lasts cos that's how dictators are born. A president that cannot dialogue with opposing voices but is very divisive is that one worth being called a leader ![]() My fellow Nigerians when are we gonna free ourselves from this chains of slavery?? |
something is just not right with this man. He has succeeded in flaming up the country now he is stylishy leaving the scene probably for oshibajo to clean up his ass before he returns to ruin everything again. Oh Nigeria what have we done to deserve this type of leaders? I mean jonathan was bad but buhari has no adjective to qualify him. |
Soulless beasts everywhere masquerading as humans. That's why the Bible said the heart of man is desperately evil who can know it? They act normal today and tomorrow they become worse than Lucifer. |
Its quite pretentious of this government to pontificate about hate speech when they are the real promoters of the same. They used it against Gej and today the same has come to haunt them and they are screaming that they want to fight it. what can be more classified as hate speech if not for that bile that that woman put up there? Yet they say they want to fight it? shame of a nation. At a time when the government is supposed to be building bridges across different ethnic groups he came back and the conflagration has started from where he left off. I wonder what the legacy of this government will be. I guess its one that spread so much hatred across the country by their outdated method of handling issues. |
Nigeria is a nation that was founded on falsehood as we can see from the AGF's comment. A set of rules applies to one group cos they are more violent and another applies to the other group cos they are more civil. |
I shed as tear when I saw those old people trapped helplessly in water. So sad. ![]() |
I think it will be a good idea to fix your 2G network masquerading as 4G network before pouring money into stuffs that would add no value to your dedicated customers. |
It's a sad thing the way people repay good with evil these days. What is actually happening to humanity? |
Shame of a nation. And we wonder why we are sinking fast. What could be lower than this madness? Why not just scrap jamb altogether and give everyone a free pass? |
When we made them into tin gods why are we surprised when they get an over bloated impression about themselves. He sees the citizens he rules as inconsequentials so why will you be surprised if he treats them as such. |
This lady is a witch. This is pure undiluted black magic at play here. Any lady that tries this has placed a curse on herself for all time to come. Ladies please be warned. |
Things fall apart when the center can no longer hold. Shebi they were rejoicing and making hate speeches against the "stealing is not corruption" man, now the same portion is being dished out to them cold and they are screaming hate speech. Those that live in glass houses don't throw stones. This blasted government is doing basically everything they accused the last one of doing and they sadly do not have anywhere to hide cos the chicken has come home to...... |
Mindless killings everywhere yet we wonder why the country is not progressing. The blood of many innocents cry against this country on a daily basis. Which way Nigeria One hardly opens the newspapers these days without being regaled by blood letting in most parts of the country. |
Well am not surprised that they finally ran themselves out of business. It was only a question of time. They failed to study the market as a result they always came up with shitty packages for both their calls especially their usually prohibitive internet data prices. Bye and don't forget to shut the door behind you. Blasted network. ![]() |
Ain't it obvious to you guys that the Western world is actually trying to bring to pass their prediction that Nigeria would seize to exist . Fg made a fatal error in arresting KANU. they have inadvertently set in motion events that they might not be able to control. The hand writing is on the wall. |
This is high level conspiracy at work here. The same type you find in Italian mobs. |
This is the criminality that has been allowed to fester for so long. Just like most aspects of our national life. |
Nigerians truly deserve the kind of leaders they get. If only most of the people up there know the things the man obj did against the country una no go they defend am. Nigerians have been so beaten and battered psychologically for so long that they don't know the difference between right and wrong anymore that's why people that have sold the nation like obj, ibb and t.y danjuma can be hailed as elder statesmen. Fayose is not any better self. |
Even after all these years we don't seem to have learnt from abacha's one million man madness match. How can rational thinking people be asking a man on his sick bed to run again? a senile old man at that. Why do we just love heading deeper into the jungle while other countries of the world even here in Africa keep making progress? Later we claim Nigeria is one phantom giant in Africa yet we have nothing to show for it. May God save us from these political jobbers and hangers on that want to send us further into precipice. At least in that party of liars just like their sidekick the PDP should have people that can at least take us out of the woods naa kai mana. |
yousee:So true. He came by the sword and was ended violently by the same. Most people who are quick to bring death to others are usually the first to run at the sight of death. Cowards..... I wish other African dictators will learn.....but will they ![]() |
This life is so ephemeral..... for a period of time you are here like a constant and suddenly you are gone...never to see your loved ones again, never to do the things you loved doing again...... what are you going to be remembered for when you are gone forever ![]() |
So much blood and gore in this country. Not a single day passes without reports of human induced carnage. Human life has become so damned cheap. who will save this country from this endless blood lust? |
Baba why not just resign? why would you allow yourself to be turned into a guinea pig by a bunch of soulless and heartless ogres? Nigeria when are you going to rise beyond hatred and tribalism to become a great nation that you can be? why do we love celebrating mediocrity in this country? |

The story of Nigeria |
This is madness!!! And them no even tell us. I know this is the handwork of those poop jobs at Ncc I was actually expecting it since their first effort failed woefully they had to silently implement it. Since this new guy took over Ncc I can't even tell whose interest he is protecting ours or the telcos. Everything in this country is just designed to frustrate the citizens. Technology is improving and data price is reducing in saner climes, the reverse is the case down here. |
I always knew that the full story of what transpired behind the scenes during that election will one day be told. There was grand conspiracy on an international scale against Jonathan. But he just had to go cos he sacrificed a lot on the altar of wanting reelection. He aligned himself with two timing rogues within and outside his government and they stabbed him real good when it got to crunch time. He allowed a lot of looting and sharing forgetting that with the Fulani mafia nothing seems to be enough for them but power. |
