Programming is a life long learning profession and a way of life itself. This is technology where you will be introduced to new advance programming tools and framework to provide solution to human problems. It is not a profession for lazy ass people or people who give up on something easily.
You subjected to always read documentations and practice.

Why are you bothered?
Do you know that if 100 people starts learning how to code today, and you come back in 3 months time, only about 10 of them would still be actively learning.

That tells you that no matter how many people run into programming, only a handful are filtered along the line. And anybody that survives the learning phase, is suited for the profession.

Hello please, i'm a lost sheep hoping to be found in the tech world too. i want to know little about female in the tech field and way to go about it. i believe i'v wasted my life enough. i need real help in the tech world. i heard is really hard but the zeal here is harder.

It doesn't matter if you're female or male, you can hit it big in tech.

First, you need to identify what area of tech you're interested in, do a Google search and choose.
Tech is wide, from web development, app development, data science, UI design, cyber security etc

Then seek for several free resources online and start learning. There are sites and there's YouTube where you can learn from.

Dedicate at least 3 hours daily to learn this, do it consistently for about 4 months, and apply for jobs (preferably remote).

The ball is in your court lady.
You can always come here to ask questions, join other tech communities online like Twitter, Reddit, Discord and so on.

Build your LinkedIn profile and connect with people in the same field.

Go to StackOverflow if you're stuck in anything.
Most importantly, build projects, that's how you really learn, don't be caught in the tutorial hell. As soon as you learn anything, build a project on it.

Degree is important oooo even our petty petty Tech companies in Nigeria, big or small tech firm in Europe or America requires you to have a degree from a reputable university. It maybe any course but you must have a degree from a well recognized school in your country. Go to www.artstation.com for 3D Artist go to LinkedIn for Tech related jobs you all see those companies or entertainment industries require a degree before giving you the job

This issue has always been a debate in the tech industry, well there are people with just GED in the US who are working for fortune500 companies and earning seven figures, likewise there are people with CS degrees who are yet to even land their first job.

Any company HR that is looking to hire tech professionals especially programmers and designers and makes degree a requirement is definitely making a foolish move.

Tech is a practical field where the conventional school's curriculum can't even keep up with .
