You will be at the mercy of whoever is importing this product on your behalf. Getting a sole distributor deal from the manufacturer is the best bet. Once you have sole license to import, then you can engage the guys at Onitsha and Idumota to help you distribute (if you don't have the capacity).

The strategy should focus on establishing control of the supply chain of the product here in Nigeria.

If you do not have the capacity to handle procurement and just want to do marketing/sales only, then a partnership with a pharmaceutical company that have the means to bring it in on your behalf should be considered.
