I am 100% sure if an investigation was done this was caused by overspeeding, wrongful overtaking that lead to this. Lots of drivers don't understand that trucks have massive blindsights so if you are over taking one you need to let your car be visible and notify the truck driver of your presence. Lots that do sneek up on trucks would end up under the belly of the truck.

No one takes precautions and rinse repeat same accident would happen in another few days.
