Doctors rock! I remember growing up admiring my dad. Women used to throw themselves at him even in my presence! It irked my mum though but as my dad's pal he confided in me a lot. His dedication and selflessness made me love the medical profession (and why I studied microbiology and also intend to major in medical microbiology) although it kept him busy a lot. I enjoyed and still enjoy the attention and special treatment because I am doctor's son which was very obvious during my I.T in a hospital in 2013. Doctors raise the best kids. My dad set high standards for us...and he rarely used the whip (though my mum did,thankfully). R.I.P dad. You are still my greatest hero and friend. You always asserted I'll be greater than you and I'm thankful for believing in me till you passed on. First time I've allowed myself deal with that loss in years.
