According to what Babe3 said on the Chelsea thread which was hidden by the biased mod; she opined that Coog would request for her to wire him money, and when it's time to pay back, Coog would use the fake CCs to buy gifts for her which can sell or do whatever with. She said it got to the extent of her being blacklisted by these organizations. It's like Coog taking raw money from her and then using fake CCs to get her gifts (launder the money). That way, he gets the cash and Babe can sell the gifts to recoup her money. But Coog is yet to deny this or counter her accusations, so I don't know if it's true or not.
