Raymond Dokpesi also has a gun manufacturing company?? How did he qualify for a payment of N2.1Billion?? This country sef ![]() |
I now believe this site has has been commissioned as an active participant in the programmed miseducation and dumbing down of Nigerians. If that is not so, why is the owner who is assumed to be an intellectual pretending he isn't seeing the obvious tribulations this highly informative and cerebral thread is passing through? Has it become a crime for normal folks to discuss intelligently in an atmosphere devoid of rancour here? Is this site meant to promote only animalistic, pedestrian and moronic thoughts, discussions and ideas? Can't any space be found for intelligent discussions? I've read more gutter words, clichés and sentences on this site than I heard in my entire long stay in diobu and rainbow town ghetto of PH yet those excuses for human beings aren't banned. In fact i still came across some today so what crimes have my people committed here that warrants these bans? This thread is the main reason why some of us still keep up appearances here. Why the hate? |
Abeg where's Aareonakankanfo?? Did he deactivate? Or is it cabbieAC?? Ema je ki iranu awon eyan mase anfani yi get under your skins na!!! ![]() |
Ikengawo:Can we also safely conclude, from the bold, that GEJ murdered Yaradua because he coveted the seat of president? |
Una go kill una selves last last over votes hustled by the Audu the hardworking crook. |
Farnsworth:It was never going to be even if we all had succeeded in killing GMB before the elections to enable GEJ return unopposed. The fundamentals of the economy were already in danger as at February 2015 and everyone knew it. Even NOI admitted it. It was simply wishful thinking and it remains so |
razid:Why will I not like this man?? Ki Ade pe Lori kabiyesi o |
Aromas:Of course money dey the country if only the goats go allow the yams rest. Anyway whether they like it or not, we will remove the yams from the reach of the goats. Its a sound advice from GEJ |
Amaechi wey no get respect for 'big men' and godfathers and no dey kuku hear word before..... ![]() Dem no get choice but to comply.... Not even now wey we don light candle, put on torchlight dey find money ![]() On ICTN I stand too jare ![]() |
zik4ever:Didn't want to comment here but it will be a sin and a crime not to help highlight the bold. If that your statement highlighted doesn't get all the PDP/APC rogues to think, nothing else should. How can we have unsold cargoes on the sea yet lack a refinery worthy of the name to refine for us? The African, nay the Nigerian truly was made from a material different from the rest of humanity. God bless you for your wisdom bro |
I endorse this message from Dele Momodu |
I'm 100% in support. Weldone Mr Jim Obazee |
IlekeHD: superduperjay:No problems my people. Thanks |
IlekeHD:But who better to know the ediocy they'll unleash on the thread than he who created it and watches over it? You will soon see plenty oloribobo people start displaying their inherited madness here now. |
Bigprozzie:But he as the owner of this forum can't feign ignorance of what this beautiful creation has become in recent times. Bringing this magnificent thread to the homepage will also attract retards who have nothing sensible to offer. The quality of discussion here is at risk with the attention it will get now. |
Who carry this glorious thread come front page Do they want to kill it? ![]() I was shocked when my wife told me she saw my beloved thread on FP!! Aproko messenger, help us take it back jare....ta lo be yin ni se?? |
modath: of course you can't be okupe who has self confessed to be a bastard ![]() I have always liked Buhari too but in 2011, I just wanted a Niger Delta man to also get there aside the fact that I really believed he was a breath of fresh air. Our mantra in Port Harcourt then was "it was time for the etibo (ijaw attire) to hold sway in aso rock ![]() I for fear if truly you had any belief in Ribadu. Tinubu only used him to guage the pulse of national politics. It looks a crooked and sinister move but we aren't discussing sainthood here ya know ![]() |
modath:@the bold, was that a tongue-in-cheek statement or you meant it? ![]() 1. Did you actually believe that Ribadu/Fola Adeola stood any chance in 2011? Omo iya, pls think again. I don't know if Tinubu cut any deal with GEJ then. If he did, GEJ simply paid another owo omo gor because Ribadu was no threat and even with Buhari in the fray then, it couldn't have stopped Jonathan's March. I made up my mind to vote GEJ then because I firmly believed he could be different. Yoruba's say "ti owo eni ko ba ti to eku ida, a ki beere iku to pa baba eni" (I hope that came out well). Tinubu would be a romantic ediot if he ever assumed ACN stood any chance in 2011. 2. I never heard of Opeyemi Bamidele till it was almost time for the election. Like I've said many times, I know very little about SW politics so if you insist all you wrote there is sanctioned by God, I can't dispute it even if I wish to Talk about Wike, Amaechi, Princewill, Awuse, Odili etc in Rivers state, then I'll boast myself an authority. |
Shymm3x I long for another Awo and his era but I must constantly bring myself back to the earth and admit the truth that men of that hue are no more. Even though distant uncles of mine like late senator Akinboro told us after the devil, Awo was next in line, Awo will always be the father of modern Yoruba nation. The truth is that every human has a dark side including you and I. I remember when democracy started and the Yoruba nation was to be compensated for Abiola's death, we all queued behind Falae because he approximated closest to what we could manage than OBJ but he too had to get down into the mire to outsmart an renowned disciple of Awo in Bola Ige through the committee of 23 'wisemen who voted 14 to 9 against Ige. For those familiar with that episode, they'll admit Falae also did a Tinubu to beat Ige. Falae lost to OBJ who had/has no regard for Yoruba nationalism and it showed in the way he bamboozled his way through the SW in 2003. Only Tinubu survived the onslaught because he utilised the same system we villify him for today and its ironic that the same ebora had to rely on Tinubu's platform to get one over GEJ, his godson. However, how do we think Tinubu could have provided a platform for us to even have a chance to negotiate if he didn't get deep into the dirt and murky waters of current Nigerian politics? I like Osinbajo and I believe he'll make a fine leader (he's even an Awo by marriage ), but I can assure you he wouldn't win councillorship against a bus conductor in Lagos without borrowing some leaf from Tinubu's book of political wisdom.Politics in Nigeria has left the era of Awo, Azikiwe, Sardauna, Rewane, Aminu kano etc. I dare say that a George Washington will also find it not easy to win an election in the USA today ![]() Tinubu isn't a saint. Tinubu should do better. Tinubu isn't Awo and can never be. That much is very obvious. However, things are a lot different than Awo's time. Why, I'm even posting this on my phone while lying on my bed and you'll read it instantly though you're thousands of miles away. That is enough to tell you that the times have changed and a whole lot changed with it. Not least the politics ![]() A lot of us long for our pastors to cut down on their greed yet we've refused to stop going to church. We simply pitched our tent where we believe things are still a bit sane. Its the same with our politics. We have to choose whom we feel is the lesser devil. While the jungle was dark and threatening, Tinubu was the only one bold enough to stand. Who else then to lead the charge? I might have spoken from a very narrowed vision of Yoruba politicians but pls don't blame me too much. Compared to the politicians that dictate things around me here in the Niger Delta, Tinubu qualifies for beatification. My rants or whatever are over jare. I don't even know if it if it makes sense ![]() |
meforyou1:no one i know is disputing that. not even Lai Mohammed |
modath:Ki olorun o gba wa ni yen o |
modath:They can't stop employment because some critical staff will age and retire. However the problem will be greatly reduced if the employment process is closely monitored to ensure that those recruited match the actual needs in the particular ministry or MDA. With time, the redundant staff will age out |
![]() Vintage Lai. Dino Melaye, this is for you ”Those behind the rumour that a single company, Systemspecs, made 25 billion Naira from charging 1% of TSA funds that passed through the company’s software, REMITA, may need to return to elementary school to get some lessons in arithmetic. This is because in order for 1% charge to fetch 25 billion Naira, the funds accruing into the TSA must have reached 2.5 trillion Naira. Yet, the total amount of funds in the TSA to date is still much less than 2 trillion.'' The way the comedian went about it, some dolts were already trumpeting that REMITA was costing the country N25Billion/day. I wonder how much would remain in the account if it were so ![]() Fayose wants Buhari to tell Nigerians who owns REMITA. Well REMITA is owned by SYSTEMSPECS which is a firm promoted by the following people Chairman: Christopher Kolade Managing Director: John Obaro Directors Mr Emmanuel Ocholi Dr. Ernest Ndukwe Mr Deremi Stands Dr. Emmanuel Eze I wonder which of them is PMB or maybe they're all dunces being used by APC chieftains. Also, for those too lazy to research, SYSTEMSPECS signed this contract in Dec 2013. If you don't know who was president then, click HERE to settle it once and for all ![]() |
![]() I can relate very well with this 21. There’s always that one sibling who you told was adopted/found in a dumpster. My very troublesome kid sister. Whenever she got on my nerves, i tell her 'our' family was only helping her ![]() Then my immediate younger sister who would never let me enjoy my meat or fish in peace. We are all married now and whenever we visit each other, we still fight over the protein in my plate or hers whoever is eating at that point in time. Our spouses just have a good laugh at our unending 'childishness' ![]() Siblings are good but could also be a pain in the bombom ![]() God bless all my siblings......love you all plenty ![]() |
favoured234:@the bold is the exact experience my younger sister had with her maid. The girl was made a member of the family and she only left when it was time to go get married. Her stay in my sister's house was a blessing to us all and she too had the time of her life there. summary, treat your house helps nicely so you can have peace of mind. |
I was thinking of the best way to say what modath just said but didn't want to come across as condescending so that I don't get called 'Iwo London' as I was referred to at a FIAOSA meeting at OAU for airing my views. I never lived in the SW so don't know much about the place which is why this thread has become like a library to me. However this thread I believe is one for finding solutions to a problem associated with playing politics in Nigeria. As much as I detest Tinubu's style and would disagree with anyone who compared him to Awo, I can't deny the fact that he stood in the gap when the whole SW was almost sold to the same folks who murdered MKO. Also who would forget what he did with NADECO? Omo buruku ni ojo ire tie. Let's leave the attacks and instead focus on solutions like you guys are drawing out. I'm really learning plenty things on here. Let's see how we can make the best of a bad situation. Let's get to making lemonade with the lemons we might have 'mistakenly' bought thinking they were oranges ![]() Also we should remember say "shoki lo be oge" ![]() |
Jaymaxxy:Hmmm.....i wonder o ![]() |
agabaI23:GEJ met OBJ's policies and projects on ground too. Just like OBJ met Abacha and Abdulsalam's policies too and ran with some while jettisoning the the others. Government is a continuum no matter how bad the predecessor is. My brother, the issue was never about policies. Even if a donkey becomes Nigerian president, there's no shortage of national planning documents to guide such. The problem has always being the will power to see it through. The spirit to insist things be done the right way. My bros, I dey.I'm happy Fashola seems to have weaned himself of Tinubu's influence. It's better for him and The responsibilities he now has. I have the belief he knows HE WILL NEVER HAVE ANOTHER OPPORTUNITY if he messes up this one. I'm sure PMB would have told him that too. I pray he succeeds....not for him, but for the good of the country. I dey very fine my brother. No wahala ![]() |
I expect SYSTEMSPECS and the CBN to defend themselves properly when the senate finally sets up a committee to probe the transaction. No sane human should expect innovators like these to develop such a critical platform for free. |
agabaI23:welcome my friend ![]() There's nothing corrupt about SYSTEMSPECS getting paid for developing REMITA to assist CBN in achieving transparency through TSA. The joke is on the guys claiming 'fraud' and putting it on PMB. It was signed under Sanusi amd GEJ and the owners are from your tribe and my tribe so agabaI23 and theV0ice have cases to answer ![]() I know how much my former bank paid INFOSYS of India to get us on FINACLE and i know how much my current company is paying for using the SAP software. If the senate doesn't want CBN to pay that sum, then CBN should put it's in-house IT gurus to task to develop their own ![]() How you dey my brother? ![]() |
SLIDEwaxie:Relax bro....The guy's irritation was directed at the poster who is calling REMITA a company ![]() |
