2.1- A member of congress comrade Alabi Adedokun from Offa Poly gave the opening prayer to commit the activities of the congress into the hand of the mighty God.

Recitation of national anthem, Oyo state anthem and aluta gyration took place afterward in a general chorus .


2.2 - National Executives, Senate Arm, Zonal President, Stakeholders and Chapters President present were asked to introduced themselves, and the whole congressmen were recognized one after the other .


2.3 - The National President Comrade Azeez Sharafudeen Akano PA-BIAFRA have the floor to present his opening remarks and stewardship reports where some key points were stated alongside his steadwarship reports, which includes but not limited to; achievement of the union under his leadership, his engagement in student's rights activities and all others.


2.4 - Comments were passed by the members of the Congress over the report made by the President, the Congress applauds the executive for their immense contributions to studentship in the state and emphasised that there is no doubts the present FOSSU NATIONAL executive have make their impact and made history on series of students oriented programs embarked upon , inter faced with the Students and stand tall in defending the core value and interest of the pace setter state students on many instances, there was serious and hot discussion on the observations of why the overdue stay in office of the current regime and the delay in the process of transiting to the next dispensation. There was diverse opinions on the undue over stay in office of the current FOSSU NATIONAL executives as it was termed as total rape of the union CONSTITUTION which stipulates 12 calendear months for a single tenure and a bad precedent for the coming generations of our pace setter state having asumed office officially march 2017. All these were addressed appropriately and unravelled issues which contributed to the tactical elongation of the present executive tenure ranging from the bursary struggle from the Central Executive and the issues on the Constitution Amendments from the Senate Arm, it was observed there were series of breach of constitution positions in the constituting and the composition of the said constitution amendments Committee set-up, it was observed the committee never hold any meeting since it was constituted and never brought any part of the proposed amendment to read at any Senate sitting for hearing and the whole congress emphasised their roles and responsibilities in the process of any amendments to the Constitution.

It was at this point Comrade Kilotomo Rafiu Adeyemi from the Polytechnic Ibadan and from Okeogun axis frown at the deliberate acts from the present FOSSU NATIONAL leadership to tactically remain in office and thus awoken the power of the Congress be used to call an end to the pranks of the present leadership and call a spade a spade and not a hoe. He then moved a motion to suspend all the stand-in committees and sub committes both from the Central Executive and the Senate arm with immediate effect and most importantly the controversial constitution amendments Committee set up be supsended and stay actions for the next FOSSU NATIONAL new regime to continue should they deem it neccessary by them as governance is a continuum, this motion for all committes suspension was duelly seconded by comrade Adewale Mutiu from EACOED, oyo.

There after Comrade Alao Oluwasegun Oluwatobi from lautech and Ogbomos axis during his presentation opined and thanked the sagacity of comrade Kilotomo Rafiu from Okeogun for awoken the dieing spirit of comradeship in the whole students of Oyo state and alleged if not the whole students in the state are slumbering how on earth will a tenure of one year be tactically elongated into two and half years with out any student in the state raising any observation or taking any step to cub the militarian manner of the present FOSSU leadership; on that notes Comrade Alao Segun thereby raised the need for the total disengage of the present FOSSU NATIONAL executive to usher in new and fresh blood to take the mantle of fossu national leadership; thus based on the power converred on the Congress of the Union as enshrined in the Union noble constitution moved a motion to dissolved both the Central Executive Council and the Senate arm of the federation of oyo state students union (FOSSU) with immediate effect this motion led to struggle between the Congress and the present FOSSU NATIONAL executive at the Congress but the intervention of notable stakeholders present was able to settle and calm all factions with diverse opinion on the motion and later on the Mation was able to be duelly seconded by Comrade Tayo Abdulahi from University of ilorin and from ibarapa axis. There was no counter motion as all congress men collectively agreed on the long over stayed in office of the current FOSSU NATIONAL leadership and thus the motion stands and FOSSU NATIONAL LEADERSHIP STANDS DISSOLVED IMMEDIATELY.


2.6 - At this point the Congress observed it was jumat period and demanded for an hour recess to observe the compulsory jumat prayer for our Muslim brethren, after which the sitting reconvened for other business on the agenda list.


2.7 - After the jumat prayer and the reconvening of the congress, Comrade Sanusi Shereef Olawale form EACOED moved a motion calling for the constituting of new Electoral body and this was seconded by the chorus chats of YES! YES! YES! from the whole congress thus approved by the congress and the due process of nomination was adopted.


2.8 - Each of the geo-political zones were requested to nominate a member each of the electoral body, that make up five members, four other member of this committee were evenly nominated at the floor of the congress, one from a zone.


2.9 - The total number of nine (9) members of electoral body were all ratified by the congress, three of them were elected as executive members, Ibadan zone got the Chairman of the committee, Ibarapa and Ogbomoso got the Secretary and P. R. O respectively.

People have always done that in previous elections, but it is very hard to prove in the court of law because those results are highly subjective.

Don't forget that there are nearly 80 political parties involved, except we want to examine the results of every political parties.

To prove your case, your analysis must be from a source document that is generally acceptable, which in this case is/are the result Sheet(s).

Believe me, in transposing figures from one sheet to another is where the rigging occurs. U will then have cases of over voting, cases of party A's figures being less by x number of votes while B's figures are increased by that number.

Another factor u cannot rule out is planting of agents in INEC, opposition situation room etc.

It is for the courts to decide but like I stated earlier, if he feels cheated, let him go ahead. I fear though that if the outcome favours him, the President might not want to leave which is in itself an invitation to war/anarchy...but that is another topic entirely.

U can never tell if he was able to successfully collate his own results. For example, party agents are assigned to each polling unit nationwide. Interestingly, candidate also appoint agents to represent them. If At ik u has done this nationwide...IF, all his analysts would do is to compare forms EC8A,EC8B and EC8C. these results sheets are the originals got from the PU,Ward n LG. All anomalies will be spotted on this. It is a very simple thing but because it is a large country, it will.be tedious. Except he has state collation centers for this, in which case, he has made the job easier.

Another issue.might be getting all the results from all units, all wards and all LGs. That is where access to INEC materials come in. Also, security agents have copies of the results. It is hard work but it is very possible to ascertain the correct result of the polls, if he feels cheated.
